Seamless experienceAs a first buyer we were a little scared, but the Agent handling our case kept us informed on a regular basis.When we went to pick up the keys, Manning Stainton also had a bag of goodies ready to congratulate us for the purchase of the house. This was a lovely touch.

A bit late on the review, but we rented a property through Manning Stainton and overall it was good. The moving in process wasn't the best as we dealt with one way communication, which meant the process was a few weeks longer than we were promised. Our moving out process was similar to this in which we were given a few hours notice for viewing times. Even when these times were agreed, Manning Stainton would come an hour early and let themselves in without knocking or notifying us; even when we told them somebody would be in the house.The renting period was fine overall and the review might be a bit harsh, but it could be worse if not for Briony Gleadhill. Briony sorted all our leaving docs and deposit and that was the smoothest part of the renting process for Manning Stainton. We were grateful for Briony's help and can understand why many of the other reviews mention her as well.

It was time for me to sell my house here in Leeds. Firstly I had John Putsman coming to have an initial conversation with me and to give me an estimate of the house value. He was very professional and gave me good advice. The team managed my house sale very well, it all progressed smoothly. In the beginning I had communication with Hannah Butland, later on with Shelley Laughton and Carol Hartley. All very polite and supportive. And the house sale went well - the job done! It was a big team effort - thank you, Manning Stainton Estate Agents Pudsey team, for all your help.
