From initially enquiring about our new rental property we have just moved into right through to us collecting the keys last week Evie (Longley)was absolutely amazing and so lovely! Evie really went above and beyond for us and was more than happy to help every time we had questions etc (which was a lot) Couldn’t have had a better customer service experience from Manning Stainton Morley. Thankyou Evie!

Caroline Munn (Adel branch)…

Property went up for sale Friday afternoon and sold the following morning. From the valuation to completion Caroline showed professionalism and expertise, stepping in when needed when a not so straight forward cash sale threatened to fall through days before completion, she promptly got things back on track.I cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend Caroline without hesitation.

Having been extremely disappointed with…

Having been extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication from another estate agents where they didn’t know if it was Monday or Norway that caused me an immense amount of inconvenience and a lost sale, I transferred the sale of my home to Mannings, and it has been a refreshing experience, how I have been both represented and communicated with. I would highly recommend the Pudsey branch and complement in particular 2 teams members Elizabeth & Debbie who have gone above and beyond on my behalf.

Manning Stainton Pudsey are great

We used Manning Stainton, Pudsey to sell our house. It was quite a long drawn out sale, mainly due to issues outside the control of myself or the agents. However the entire team was professional at all times, answering my queries efficiently and in a timely manner, giving me the right suggestions at the right times. I have to mention a few names who are wonderful professionals- Shelly, Carol, Deborah, Hannah and Elizabeth who helped me at various stages of the sale. I will any day recommend this team for anyone wanting to sell their house.

Gratitude to Manning Stainton for social inclusion

I wish to state how grateful Leeds Care Leavers Service are to Manning Stainton for their recent and very generous donation to our Care Leavers Sports Day Event. At the drop of a hat and with no fuss at all, Charlotte at the head office of Manning Stainton, very kindly arranged the donation of a large quantity of paraphernalia to support our event. We are now planning to repeat the success of this event, which was organised for young people in the care system to experience an old fashioned sports day, as many have been excluded from such events.. As we were strapped for cash, Manning Stainton came to our rescue and provided tote bags etc which resulted in the young people feeling invested in. We cannot thank the staff and company enough for their support to this local event and ensuring the process of 'social inclusion' occurs.

Pudsey house sale

Manning Stainton dealt with the sale of our property in a very professional way from arranging the valuation through to completion. Claire W in Pudsey kept us fully informed and she did a fantastic job chasing up people and being reliable and efficient throughout. She was our reassuring point of contact in what was quite a stressful last couple of weeks just before Christmas. Many thanks to Claire and the team!
