FacebookAbsolutely shocking service. Reading through a lot of these reviews I’m not the only unhappy customer. They were helpful right up until they got us an offer. Then we may aswell have not existed. Every interest was with our buyer and not once was our needs put into consideration. We have a very young child and we were asked to break the chain meaning we could risk being left homeless if we didn’t exchange by the end of November otherwise the buyers would pull out (bear in mind we only accepted an offer at the start of September and we were asked this at the start of November). We then reluctantly agreed. We agreed to exchange with a completion date at the start of jan. after us agreeing to break the chain they then insisted on ringing on a near daily basis to find out when we our new property is ready to move in to but after getting us to break the chain I feel it is now none of their business. Fortunately our new property was ready so we then agreed to move the completion date to the 6th of December. We then had our buyers turn up at our house completely unannounced asking us what was going on with the move as white and sons were not keeping in contact with them. We were then emailed again by white and sons to move the completion date forward again which at this point was becoming a joke. We’ve now exchanged on our property but did not receive a courtesy call or email to either let us know or congratulate us on exchanging. Quite frankly I don’t actually know what we’re paying them for. And a letter of complaint will be going to white and sons. I strongly recommend you don’t use white and sons. I wish I had listened to a friend of mine who is an estate agent who warned me against them. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

The team at White and Sons have been nothing less than professional, informed, friendly and positive throughout the protracted sales process for a cherished family home. At no stage were excuses offered (ie pandemic) and viewing numbers were always encouraging. The eventual sale to the new owners has been very smooth and represents a “job well done”. White & Sons took over the management of our development, which comprises of 29 units, a mixture of leasehold and freehold properties, at extremely short notice, 2 years ago, when we were let down by our previous Estate managers.Justin Theobald and Debbie Webber managed the transition well, and have since provided excellent and professional advice.I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Although initially they were helpful, once the house had sold . They sat back , did no chasing buyers through. Did not answer inquiries from solicitors or our onward purchase solicitor or estate agent . We have now lost the house we wished to buy due to their lack of interest . In conclusion, find someone else , someone with and interest in seeing it to a conclusion
We are obviously disappointed to read your comments. We understand that sometimes towards the end of protracted sales things can get a little heated as deadlines loom. We would like to reassure you that we have, and will continue to, do all we can to ensure this sale completes successfully.
