GoogleWe found and bought our new home through Jackson Stops, they helped us all the way and where possible liaised with the seller for us. All the team worked together and if our contact wasn't around they would try to help in their absence. On completion day they were as efficient as you'd want them to be and surprised us with a welcome gift and celebration drink!

GoogleI recently completed the purchase of a farm property that was marketed by Jackson Stops' Dorking office. The purchase was a fairly complex one, which took an extended time to conclude, however the JS team (Alan and Chris in particular) helped us to overcome the various obstacles that we encountered. We found them courteous and professional throughout and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleThe staff at Jackson Stops, Dorking were all polite, friendly and proactive throughout the process of our house move. We bought our new house via them, but they were extremely helpful in liaising with all the other parties in the chain, and chasing where necessary. TrustpilotPoor negotiators
Poor negotiators, more for buyers than sellers as only after the commission which is high. Placed a family barn on the market & they won with high value then drop 7% after a year not selling then another 3% for good measure, whilst issuing buyer demands for un needed repairs etc-still unsold and the owner, my widow stressed. Avoid.
