Excellent

We obtained several valuations from local estate agents before marketing our property. With their balanced approach, high quality photography and excellent marketing skills Jackson-Stops (Woburn) were the obvious choice. Our buyer was found within a week. Every transaction has its ups and downs but all staff in the office were friendly and patient and we were kept well informed throughout. We have no hesitation in recommending Jackson-Stops.

Outstanding Service

I have used Jackson-Stops Northampton namely dealing with Nick Pattison to sell two properties. The last being a flat in Northampton. The service received from initial contact up to completion was administered most professionally by Nick Pattison. I was kept fully informed as the sale proceeded and could not have enjoyed better service. Clive & Vicki

Nicki and the team at Jackson Stopps were exceptional in assisting my purchase. They are great communicators and get involved at every level. Nicki was instrumental at pushing the purchase forward when it was stalling. And then we were sent beautiful flowers and champagne upon moving in!! Thanks so much all at Jackson Stopps. Highly recommended

I would give zero stars but…

I would give zero stars but unfortunately it’s not an option. They don’t respect people or people’s time. They are very quick to contact you when they need something but will make you wait for ages when you need anything from them. They don’t pass messages and it’s extremely difficult to find anyone knowledgeable there.

A big thank you to Jackson-Stops in Dorking and in particular Nicki. Having looked for a new home for what seemed like an eternity we had extensive dealings with estate agents, some of which were pretty indifferent. However we found everyone at JS to be professional, helpful and caring. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them.

Outstanding!

The service offered by Lottie and Ed was outstanding from the moment I first viewed the house they were marketing to the completion some three months later. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were in constant contact. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for the ideal estate agent in the area. Bravo!

Excellence over 6 years

We have worked with JSS’s rental team for the past 6 years. During that time they have swiftly found us 3 tenants for our 5 bedroom property each time it became vacant. Whilst we have then managed the tenancy, we have frequently sought their advice on various matters and their service has been excellent throughout. We cannot thank them or recommend them highly enough.

More like friends than estate agents!

From the very beginning Anthony and Neil at Woburn JSS, were so supportive and friendly. It didn’t feel like a “normal” estate agent interaction and more like a friendly chat! They kept us informed every single step of the way and put up with some emotional situations at times! I would have absolutely no hesitation of recommending the whole JSS team in the future

An absolutely lovely team of people. Selling your home is a stressful time and and Nikki and the team at JSS where professional and supportive throughout the whole process.. I had to deal with numerous agents whilst buying another property and some where awful. I'm so glad I used Jackson's to sell mine. Highly recommend them!

11/10

Among many unresponsive and incompetent solicitors, Lottie at Jackson stops what’s the only one who answered the phone, the only one who knew what they were doing, and the one who carried all the other’s dead weight. 11/10 would recommend, I’m certain we’d have lost the house if not for Lottie’s excellent stewardship of our purchase.
