My washing machine broke, which is less than ideal with two teenagers:) I emailed Jackson-Stops and property manager Marco Correia and Georgie Tilby (maintenance team) organised for someone to come out the next day (Friday). They then had it replaced by the following Tuesday. Very efficient service. Thank you! Much appreciated:)

We emphatically recommend the team at Jackson Stops Dorking, Lucy Lawrie in particular. Having searched for a forever home for a year, Lucy told me I NEEDED to see a house. She had shown us a few and truly understood what we were looking for. Once we had the offer accepted she not only help us navigate the purchase process. After a disastrous attempt to sell in 2018/2020 when Brexit uncertainty, then Covid and a reprehensible purchaser all let us down, we were apprehensive of what might go wrong this time. Also a brief flirtation with the market in the autumn of 2022 was torpedoed by Truss/Kwarteng. So we have been very pleasantly surprised on this occasion in early 2023 to find Jackson Stops manage our sale so well. Two viewings, both before the house went on the open market, produced two acceptable offers (though one reduced his offer almost immediately and of course we went with the other). Throughout Darrell and Nicki in particular have been impressively professional and have kept us fully in the picture and where necessary have kept the pressure on at the other end to speed things up. Based on this experience, we would highly recommend them and we just hope the actual move goes as smoothly!

Jackson-Stops: But the team keeps going.

Staff were always cheerful and helpful within the Agent. Although probably down to health circumstances, it was a shame we only had contact with the Director dealing with us once. The photographers they chose did not really provide good quality output and weren't particularly sympathetic to the Covid 'guidelines'. So, I would suggest they review their partners that they outsource such aspects to. Fees are on the high side.
