From initial approach, fees,marketing strategy, photoshoot, and probably most important ? - pricing strategy all explained in language I could understand. Enthusiastic without being overbearing,and always at hand to answer any questions.
I do have a negative - a request for a " cheque in the post " for this review declined, but more than compensated for by competitive fees.

GoogleA house went up for sale near me with their board 3 months ago and it still isn't on their website. In answer to NH4U's reply, my wife emailed them a couple of weeks after the board went up and was told they would be taking pictures in a further couple of weeks before putting it on their site - no mention was made that it had already been sold. Furthermore, it IS now on your site so it isn't sold! I left a review because Google asked me to. I gave an honest review based on my attempts (as a potential buyer) to find information.

Mr Shepherd,
Why would GOOGLE ask you for a review if you clearly DO NO RESEARCH on the subject. I am going to take it up with GOOGLE, because as I see it, until you have facts, you shouldn’t be allowed to comment.
Let me give you some insight into how our business works as you clearly do not follow the procedures.
Our client asked us to put a board up outside their home before it came to market to generate interest. From that interest, before we took pictures or did a write-up, we had an offer on it.
The sale was proceeding very nicely but unfortunately, due to the climate, it was down-valued and the buyer decided not to proceed with the purchase, hence we did photos and marketed it.
NewHome4U have over 300 amazing 5 star reviews, for an Estate Agent that’s unheard of, and then a minority of people, who think you know best, come along with your 2 pence worth of unless incorrect information, and think that you can comment on something you know NOTHING ABOUT!!
** JUST FOR THE RECORD WE HAVE WON AWARDS FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS IN A ROW FROM RIGHTMOVE AND THE BEST ESTATE AGENCY GUIDE, WHO ARE 2 RECOGNISED INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS AND NOT SOME HERBERT WITH NOTHING BETTER TO DO WITH THEIR LIFE! INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS, DID YOU TAKE NOTE OF THAT RON **
