They priced the home competitively and were able to secure a buyer within just a few days. Throughout the entire selling process, the Berry & George team was highly communicative and made sure everything ran smoothly all the way through closing. I was very impressed by their speed and effectiveness in getting my home sold quickly. Compared to other estate agents I considered, Berry & George's fees were very reasonable as well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home - they exceeded my expectations in every way.

GoogleWe sold our house through New Home 4u. Brilliant service from start to finish, Rich and his team are all so dedicated and passionate about the business. All of the staff are excellent and went that extra mile. I would never go anywhere else now, New Home 4u are by far the best estate agent in the local area. The photography was such amazing quality and could not fault the service. To top it all off, I was lucky enough to win New Home 4u/ Just Steak Facebook competition of a £50 meal at Just Steak, was a perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary and moving house!! Thanks again to Rich, Beth, Phil, Arwel and the rest of the amazing team at New Home 4u! 😊

GoogleRich and the team dealt with both our sale and purchase. Our house sold, for the full asking price, in less than 24 hours. The whole team were amazing! Our purchase went smoothly, with help from the team who worked tirelessly and resolved any hiccups without fuss. Beth dealt with our mortgage and having the whole thing dealt with by the one place was fabulous. We completed the whole process within 8 weeks! GoogleI would definitely recommend New Home 4U if you are looking to sell your home, or infact buy a new home. Rich and his team are all really nice people and they have a genuine passion for finding the right buyers for the houses that they sell, and most importantly they enjoy what they do and this shows. I have spoken to Rich on several occasions regarding property and I find his approach to selling houses totally refreshing. He is completely honest and open about his valuations and he will give you a genuine and realistic opinion on what your home is worth, rather than telling what you want to hear about the value of your home like some other estate agents do. He has an excellent grasp of the Mold & surrounding area housing market, and I would say that his valuations are spot on. The amount of properties on his books that result in a successful sale are testimony to this fact. Rich and his team put a lot of hard work and effort into building relationships with potential buyers in order to help people find the right home for them, and also sell the houses that they have on their books through successful negotiation, they have the balance just right, hence why they are so successful in what they do. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy a house to use New Home 4U because they are friendly, helpful and without a doubt they know their stuff and will sell your house for you at the right price.

GoogleWe bought our new home through New Home 4U. A big thank you to the team, especially to Shelley who was fantastic. She quickly arranged a viewing for us for a property they had just put on the market and assisted us to ensure we had a sale agreed promptly. Shelley is very proactive and went above and beyond when a firm of solicitors at the start of our chain was delaying completion. Great work, thanks again for all your assistance.

GoogleThe BEST agents ever! I have moved 41 times so have a lot of experience with agents but Rich was just outstanding. He joked he would sell it in a week and he did! The best thing about this agents is the friendly team but particularly the quick response. If you text Rich day or night he responds within minutes. He got our buyers a great mortgage deal , he has the gift of the gab, and recommended solicitors which are both efficient and reasonable price. He is there every step of the way. I need to compliment the photographer who was also lovely..she made our house look so good we nearly never wanted to sell ! Efficient, friendly and go the extra mile...cannot compliment them enough..feel like I made a friend... oh and Eddie the dog is just gorgeous

GoogleA great estate agent that works much harder than others I’ve experienced. My house was on the market for a few months without much response as the first agent did little more than a few poor photos and a brief online write up. I nearly quit trying. I was then recommend to Berry & George who showed me how to do it properly. They took time to beautiful photograph the house and the online descriptions were detailed. Viewings quickly booked in however it was sold to the First Lady to view, at the price I wanted!! These guys also put in a lot of leg work to get the deal over the line as the solicitors took forever. Great team, thanks guys!!
