By far the most friendliest, personable, bespoke and results driven estate agents I have interacted with. They really are different to the rest and that's noticeable from the start. Unlike other firms, I don't feel like I have to be wearing a shirt and tie when I'm on the phone to their office. Their casual yet professional approach helps you to relax during such a stressful process, as well as filling you with confidence on achieving the shared objective. Dan, who I spoke to a lot during our sell/purchase over the last few months, is an asset to the company. Very friendly, solution orientated and persistent in customer satisfaction. Rich is also a delight to talk to, very personable, funny and ensures your needs are factored in when taking away any requests you have. B&G kept me well informed and set realistic expectations during my transaction, which for me shows great integrity. I will for sure be recommending them to family and friends.

Great experience selling our house with Berry & George! The first thing to say is that the fees are very reasonable when compared to other estate agents. From my initial enquiry, Rich was very responsive and managed to value, photograph and list the house very quickly. The valuation was fair, and the photographs looked excellent on Right Move! We had a lot of viewings and secured a sale quickly but unfortunately our buyer withdrew just before contracts were exchanged. After quickly securing a second buyer, it became clear that our buyer’s conveyancer, working for MUVE, was highly incompetent. Despite this, Rich, Dan, Tom and Beth all worked extremely hard to finalize the sale despite the conveyancer’s inability to complete tasks in a timely manner. This involved Rich and team making many, many calls, responding to my regular out of hours requests and trying to engage with multiple stakeholders throughout the chain to avoid the chain collapsing, which they did quite successfully! I don’t think that any other Estate Agent would provide the level of service I received from Dan during the last few weeks of the sale. Berry & George are highly recommended! Thank you and best wishes for the future, there is a bottle of Rum on its way to your office!

We've just bought our new home and sold our previous one through Berry & George, and I can honestly say I would not consider any other estate agents, and would highly recommend anyone to work with them. In one of the most stressful things anyone can do, Rich and the team at Berry & George are calm, reassuring and supportive, always available for a call or message and with knowledge and understanding to help and really add value through the process. There are some major differences to other estate agents, the quality of the photo's (made me want to buy our own house again), the advice on both buying and selling, the write ups are open, honest and actually readable rather than the usual waffling nonsense, and the people are genuine. As we're moving close, I'm looking forward to having a beer together in our new home, and that in itself is a testament to the relationship you can expect, not just a "agent/client" one, and I think that pretty much speaks for itself. We can’t thank Rich and his team enough for selling our house. Rich was able to get our house on the market quicker than any other estate agent. Rich really took his time photographing our home which was done to a high standard. Rich also gave an amazing detailed write up about our home, rather than the standard write up you get with other estate agents. Nothing was too much trouble and they always gave updates throughout the journey of selling our house. They were always on the other end of the line at any point also after working hours. They are a very friendly professional estate agents, that we would highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars, Couldn’t Recommend Them More! We’ve just bought a property that was being sold by Berry & George. We viewed quite a few houses with different estate agents, but no one was as helpful or genuine as Berry & George. If I’m being honest, we probably wouldn’t have bought the house we did if it wasn’t for Dan taking the time to explain the potential it had. Now that we’re in, we absolutely love it and we’re so grateful to him for helping us see what it could become. We were late to our viewing because of the usual A55 traffic, and Dan couldn’t have been more understanding. Any questions we had (and we had plenty!) were answered straight away, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Honestly, we can’t thank Dan and the team enough. If we ever choose to sell or buy again in the future, we would 100% go straight back to Berry & George. Truly exceptional service

A refreshingly different and hard working estate agent who quickly sold my late father’s bungalow for a price within his estimated range. Very efficient and personal service. Excellent drone photos. I particularly appreciated the sensitive way in which everything was handled, it was described as a home not just another bungalow. My parents property had been on the market with another estate agent in Mold for a number of months with very few viewings. Made contact with Berry and George where Rich then visited the property and said he would have it sold within a week. True to his word and 2 viewings later my parents accepted an offer within a week. The service from the Berry and George team and in particular Rich, were outstanding. They marketed the property how it needed to be and the result of an offer within a week we could not believe. From the moment I met Rich I knew I wanted him to sell our house, it helped that he gave us the best valuation but mainly it was because he was so nice, trustworthy and helpful and made us feel so at ease. We had never sold a house before so I had lots of questions, Rich and his team were always available to help which was so important to us, our house was only for sale for three days and in that time we had 3 viewings and 2 offers both of which were above the asking price which we couldn't believe. We then quickly found somewhere else to buy and Berry and George helped us to arrange our new mortgage and helped us to find a good solicitor to use. Our house went up for sale in February and we have now been living in our new home for a week. Berry and George have been excellent from start to finish. We struggled to sell with a couple of other estate agents locally, but as soon as we switched to Berry and George the house was sold in less than a week. Rich came out to value the property, take photos (which were the best out of the estate agents we used, use of an aerial drone helped massively here due to our unusual boundary layout) and gave us some down to earth and straight talking advice. Within 5 days we had multiple offers on the property and managed to get more than we were hoping for. 3 months later and property is sold and we are in our new house. Rich was always available to call, and Dan in the office was also great at chasing various parties and providing feedback from viewings. We only wish we’d sold with Berry and George from the get go!

I first met Rich when we bought a house he was marketing back in 2017, we said at the time if we were ever to sell a house we'd be using him as the service he provided us as purchasers was top tier and meant the whole process was well informed and painless, a vast contrast to the company we used to sell our property at the time. We decided to market our house in December last year after finding a house which made the jump seem worth it. We rang Rich to come out and complete a valuation and the figure he came back with matched what we were looking for, which in my opinion was reasonable compared to the current market and priced correctly to sell within the timeline we wanted. We managed to secure a sale in under a month with all of the viewings being managed in a professional manner and a convenient time, which often needs to be the case in a busy household with children. The team fitted around us and it really didn't impact our day to day life in the slightest. With Rightmove etc now making house purchasing convenient from the couch with shortlists being made purely off the adverts online I think Berry & George just sit that bit beyond the other companies available with the digital marketing packages the provide. They look the part and the write ups are extremely honest meaning the buyers are fully informed before deciding to view in person which removes the wasted viewings as the people coming through the door have seen everything already... warts and all. Rich is a straight up bloke and one of the few where a handshake means something still. If you want to sell a house you wont get anyone better than him and the team. Thanks To All the Team.

We put up our House for sale with these guys in May 2023 thinking the market was quiet and there would be little interest. Wow how wrong we were! Within first week of putting our house up for sale we had 10 viewings scheduled. We had three offers out of 5 viewings which took place. We agreed a price and sale completed at end of September. Extremely unhappy… We booked in a viewing with Rich which my partner had travelled up from London for. He no showed and then when continuously ringing with no answer he finally called back and said his colleague Arwel was meant to be doing the viewing. He then went on to blame it on the clocks going forward and then tried pinning the blame on us saying that my partner wasn’t there when she’d got there 5 minutes early and sat on the wall outside the house for half an hour. After that excuse didn’t work he said he’d booked it in the calendar for 10 not 10.30, but if this was the case didn’t think to ring to ask if we were turning up or not. No wonder the house has been on the market for 7 months if this is the unprofessionalism of the company trying to sell it.
