Recently sold & bought through NH4U. Good experience from start to finish. Rich is very proactive & passionate about selling your property & will do all he can to get the best deal. All the office staff are very helpful & knowledgeable. Property details & photography far better than other estate agencies in the area & option of overhead, drone images was a real bonus. We’ve used other estate agents in the past and your property is just another photo on their shelves; NH4U will actively sell your property for you. I’d recommend anyone use NH4U and will be using them in the future.

Great experience selling our house with Berry & George! The first thing to say is that the fees are very reasonable when compared to other estate agents. From my initial enquiry, Rich was very responsive and managed to value, photograph and list the house very quickly. The valuation was fair, and the photographs looked excellent on Right Move! We had a lot of viewings and secured a sale quickly but unfortunately our buyer withdrew just before contracts were exchanged. After quickly securing a second buyer, it became clear that our buyer’s conveyancer, working for MUVE, was highly incompetent. Despite this, Rich, Dan, Tom and Beth all worked extremely hard to finalize the sale despite the conveyancer’s inability to complete tasks in a timely manner. This involved Rich and team making many, many calls, responding to my regular out of hours requests and trying to engage with multiple stakeholders throughout the chain to avoid the chain collapsing, which they did quite successfully! I don’t think that any other Estate Agent would provide the level of service I received from Dan during the last few weeks of the sale. Berry & George are highly recommended! We can’t thank Rich and his team enough for selling our house. Rich was able to get our house on the market quicker than any other estate agent. Rich really took his time photographing our home which was done to a high standard. Rich also gave an amazing detailed write up about our home, rather than the standard write up you get with other estate agents. Nothing was too much trouble and they always gave updates throughout the journey of selling our house. They were always on the other end of the line at any point also after working hours. They are a very friendly professional estate agents, that we would highly recommend.

World Class Service! Throughout our house hunting journey we had encountered mixed experience's with other estate agents. It was then refreshing, the house we eventually decided to purchase was through the company that proclaim to be the people's agent, and that they very much were and beyond. Initially we were not planning on selling our property, however given the nature of the housing market, Rich convinved us he would get a record price for our location. Boy was he true to his word, and we more than delighted at the price acquired. They say first impressions count for a lot and in this instance it definately did. We were so impressed with Rich and his team we decided to keep everything in house and use the mortgage service they provide through Love Mortgages. During the whole process it was very evident from the begining this firm is not your typical estate agent. The transparencey and professionalism shown throughout was excellent. Even after we had completed our purchase and sale, New Home 4U were more than happy to help us with any questions we had. My husband and I recently decided to sell our house through Rich and his team because of Rich’s friendly approach and because he convinced us he could get us far more than had been suggested by others. In the end he was proved absolutely right. Throughout the sale Rich and his team gave us a first class service including excellent advertising, and at a very competitive cost. Nothing was too much trouble and all of his staff were lovely and very helpful. I mention in particular Ashley who is usually the first point of contact in the office. Ashley was entirely outstanding and always had time to offer help, good sound advice and reassurance in abundance on every aspect of the sale (and purchase) - having had his ear bent on multiple occasions. Selling a home and moving house can be so very stressful but Ashley was on hand every step of the way and I cannot sing his praises highly enough. Only lack of time post-move has delayed writing this review but I would now like to thank Rich and his team for doing such a good job, and give them my highest recommendation. Really impressive customer service and open 7 days a week! I sold my home with newhome4u and loved how on the ball they were. I had a constant flow of viewings (with updates after every viewing on how the viewers found the property). They even suggested potential properties for myself before they reached the market. Phil was occasionally late for viewings due to traffic/ doing other viewings so if possible would suggest doing viewings yourself however nearly all other estate agents who came to value the property would not even offer to do viewings. Ashley/Arwel are very knowledgeable and just brilliant on the phone - exactly what was needed to get my house sold!

We moved from a house in Ireland during the pandemic, because of the exchange rate as we were cash buyers we needed to sell first which basically left us homeless. We found a house with another estate agent then realised it was too small. Totally stressed and panicking as we had a container full of furniture due to arrive in Wales my daughter found a house with Newhomes4U. They allowed my daughter to video the house so we had an idea of the rooms and space, They found us a solicitor and Ashley was available to take my call every time I rang them. The day we instructed New Home 4 U to sell our property, Ashley helped get the process started very quickly and has been very helpful and professional throughout. The house was on the market straight away, we then we had a call from him the following afternoon with 4 viewings booked within 24 hours. Absolutely outstanding service. If it was possible to give 100 stars I would. Initially having received 3 quotes from other local estate agents, we decided to try Rich and co. What a breath of fresh air! Friendly, honest, clued up and highly knowledgeable regarding current housing market. Within a week of property going live it was sold for full asking price. The other estate agents had undervalued the property by tens of thousands! Had a couple of problems with solar panels along the way. We had 2 show arounds with Phil (I appologise if I've gotten your name wrong!) He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even guided us in our property search, which was great because turns out he recommended us to view our now first home!
