I used Cinch storage for the first time…

I used Cinch storage for the first time to temporarily store furniture. I found the staff to be extremely, helpful, knowledgable. I was impressed by the flexibility provided by this facility ( for instance I needed more storage space than first thought, so a bigger storage unit was provided straight away). The staff offered advice and answered all the questions I had. The price for storage was very reasonable, and I would have no hesitation in using this storage facility again. Thank you.

Very friendly and flexible

Friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. I was able to upgrade to a larger unit hassle-free when I needed more space. The site feels very secure, and I was able to rest easy knowing my possessions were safe. We were even given a cup of tea while we were loading our van!

I can't recommend Cinch storage Letchworth enough. Lauren and Becky got me into an emergency storage unit at extremely short notice and took all the stress out of the entire experience for me. Used the Letchworth branch for a storage unit whilst we were in between houses. Really great experience!
