GoogleUnhelpful team , me and my business partner has been robbed at Mitcham Cinch Storage. Thieves robbing people around and staff don't do nothing to help. Hang on ! When you left chest of drawers out of your unit you'll have a call very next day from the storage to remove it or you'll receive a penalty !!! CCTV is really working but not when you losing few thousand of pounds. Stay away !

TrustpilotSatisfied customer
The whole process of storing the contents of a small outhouse that I was having renovated was made easier by the helpful attitude of manager (Jason) He explained the likely cost and the way the system worked clearly to myself as one who had never used self storage.Cost for 4 weeks was half price and fitted my requirements exactly.
Thank you for a fab 5* review Brian. We will always be helpful and explain how storage works with clarity.

Highly recommend Cinch Storage in Enfield! The facilities are clean, secure, and easily accessible. The standout experience, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by Andriana. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made the whole process seamless. As a happy customer, I would definitely use Cinch Storage again and recommend them to anyone in need of storage solutions.

TrustpilotI've rented space at Cinch (previously…
I've rented space at Cinch (previously The Secure Store) for nearly 6 years now. In the last year things at Cinch have gone from strength to strength. I run my business from a secure unit where a key is stored safely in the office and delivery's are placed neatly inside ready for loading and collections. I can now have all of my parcels delivered directly to Cinch so have piece of mind that they are stored safely and means I can carry on with my every day business rather than waiting at home.A1 Service from all staff members, its a pleasure loading up for a days work. Always greeted with a smile, good morning or quick chat. Nothing is too much trouble. 5 Stars every time.Jon All 4 Floors Ltd

TrustpilotCinch are a fantastic storage facility…
Cinch are a fantastic storage facility for whatever you need. They have a range of unit sizes & are extremely secure. No-one can get in or out of the facility without entering a code number, which I really appreciated. I'm actually quite sad that I don't need the extra space any more! The staff are very helpful & are always on hand to sort out any problems or queries. Highly recommended.
Thankyou Sue for an amazing 5* review ! We will always do our best to be as helpful as we can.

We initially rented a room at Cinch in Chippenham, but upon delivery of our goods it was apparent it wasn’t going to fit as units had been pre built. Paul there was amazing and worked with us in finding a bigger room with no fuss or hassle at all. He made the experience so much better and took the hassle right out of it. We would definitely recommend using Cinch Storage in Chippenham.

TrustpilotFlexible, Solution-Focused Storage from Friendly and Helpful People
We needed somewhere to store large items of furniture when selling the family home. Andy from Cinch has been brilliant. The answer to every question has been "yes" and the key word describing our experience has been "flexibility". If, when we move everything in, our chosen unit isn't quite big enough, they'll find us a bigger one or put some of the excess items into a smaller unit etc. Basically, they will find a solution. The team has been helpful, friendly, and very Covid-aware in these difficult times so thank you.
Chris, thank you so much for 5* review. We take real pride in providing a helpful and convenient service , so we are delighted with your feedback. Best Wishes,Cinch Storage

GoogleAlthough a little pricey it is a good place for storing your household goods..... An update...had a removal van coming and the lift is out of order. (Happened to me twice).Which seems to be happening frequently and is not good if you have to bring heavy stuff down the staires and being charged more for it. We should be compensated for this
