GoogleWe have used Dino and his amazing team at the kidsgrove branch numerous times to sell properties for us. I can't recommend them highly enough! Great staff... Too many to mention but Dino, Abbie, Frankie, Kieran, Natalya are outstanding.... As are all the team! Lovely bunch of hoomans! Always keep you informed and certainly go the extra mile! Regular updates have been provided and they have always been willing to help with any queries I have had. Chris, this is a ridiculous review to leave a small independent business. There are a myriad of potential reasons why you may have just spoken to the wrong person to deal with your query. Also, as you have mentioned you have never been a customer of ours and not used our services. To leave a review for other potential customers to read when you have never been a customer is completely and utterly unfair. GoogleI chose Samuel Makepeace because I liked the way they market the properties. The service I have received from all the staff there has been superb, someone always answers the phone and all staff are knowledgeable and helpful and always willing to support in any way which is great as buying and selling property is very stressful! My house sold within a week, so I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleWould not recommend and would never buy a house through them again. Nothing but poor communication, felt misled and lied to throughout the entire process of buying a property through them. My partner and I felt as if we were doing most of the job ourselves and we were always ahead of their "updates". Made an already very stressful process 10 times more difficult and stressful than it needed to be. In the end we were left to communicate with our vendors directly who advised they had no idea we hadnt been advised of the realistic situation we were left in.Very disappointed.

GoogleUnfortunately our experience was not pleasant for our purchase. We were often spoken over and found the agent who was managing our sale initially was inexperienced unprofessional and condescending. We made a complaint to the Milton branch manager who assured us our complaint would be looked into but unsurprisingly we never received any outcome. Also when we complained the agent made untrue accusations to justify her behaviour. I would avoid using at all costs in the future.NegativeProfessionalism

They provided useful weekly updates on what was happening and maintained regular contact with my solicitor. It could have been a very stressful time, but they really helped and I can highly recommend them.
