GoogleI have just brought my 1st investment property through wilson peacock & was totally amazed by the service experience. The sales team were very friendly and profesional! The senior mortgage consultant in the branch was the best and the service was excellent. We have remortgaged our home & could not believe how much money we saved. I will now be marketing my property through the letting a team. My overall experience with this office is service excellence !!! I would definitely recommend wilson peacock amongst any estate agent!

GoogleWhat a great team at Wilson and Peacock CMK. They sold our house within 2 weeks and looked after us throughout the whole process. We had a hiccup nearer to the end which was pushing back our move date right before Christmas. Instead of letting this happen, two members of the team ( Vanessa and Jamie) travelled 6 hours to our buyers solicitor and hand delivered the contract so we could exchange on time. The Mortgage Consultant, Dina, also helped in all areas to make sure it went through smoothly. Thank you.. We love our new home and are so happy with your service.

I asked them to list my property for sale and this is the slowest estate agent I have worked for ever. I am a landlord and keep buying and selling proprieties all over the country and I must say this branch is the most unprofessional branch I have ever dealt with. Took them three weeks from the day details were agreed to posting and another four weeks for to arrange first viewing, really!!!
