It is my second rent contract with Wilson Peacock since 2020 when I moved grom overseas. Katie Norris is a high standard negotiator, she provides clear comunication and her timing is excelent. Hussain has been my mortgage advisor and I cannot thank him enough for his help and patience. Not only was I buying my first house, it was a repossession (and I was getting gazumped) so there was a lot of pressure to get the purchase through quickly, that being said Hussain was extremely helpful and reassuring, taking the time to chase other parties and escalated my mortgage application to ensure there was no delays. He communicated all updates with me about my mortgage and often about the house before I heard from the estate agent, and got me a great deal on a mortgage. I don’t think I would have got my house if it wasn’t for Hussain.

Very dodgy experience with Natasha Lucas and Katie Norris. After I vacated the flat on 06/Dec, they didn't release the deposit back to me after 1 month with no reason or explanation given whatsoever even though I received confirmation that the flat was in good shape (deposits should be returned within 10 days). They also told Thamesway Energy that I left the flat on 21/Dec. So I ended up paying an electricity bill for an extra 2 weeks (between 6-21 Dec). I'm incredibly disappointed with the service. I hope the Agency improves on controls, transparency and diligence...

Wilson Peacock have been incredible to us during a very challenging process and the only reason why we are now complete is because of their incredible work! Right from the start, Wilson peacock stood out above the other estate agents that we also had our property on the market with. Their first impressions during valuation built great confidence in their abilities. This was then backed up by them bringing in over 10 times the amount of viewings compared to the other agents that we were listed with. Once we had a buyer, we found our dream house and the process started. Things were looking good initially before our buyer pulled out a couple of months in. This was devastating and we considered not putting our house back on the market again and loosing our dream home. Wilson Peacock reassured us they would pull out all of the stops to get it resold and they delivered on their word! They thought of some out of the box ideas to get buyers and we managed to resell the house 2 days after going back on the market. This was incredible news and the process continued but this was not the end of our struggles as we were part of a very large chain. Unfortunately with the chain that we were in, there have been a lot of roadblocks in both the upper and lower links. This has been extremely frustrating and has taken an extremely long time however throughout the whole process Wilson Peacock have really stepped up to the challenge, driving both the lower and upper chain for us. For the last few months, this has been daily chasers to get us to this stage. We are extremely grateful to Wilson Peacock and I am 100% sure that if it was not for them, we would not be moving house untill atleast next year. A special thank you to Vanessa, Shaun, Gabriella & Josh, you have all been incredible! We will be recommending you to everyone!
