We have just completed on a house and got our mortgage through Nick Carter, Mortgage services consultant. Nick was so helpful, responsive and clear! He even contacted us on his days off work to give us updates. Bring first time buyers he really explained eve eg thing clearly to us and was never annoyed by our 100 questions and emails! He always responded quickly. And would always call us at the exact time we had agreed on. He never left us wondering what was happening and he was really honest throughput the whole process. We got a 2 year fixed term with HSBC and we know when it’s time to renew the mortgage Nick will make the process simple and painless for us! Thank you for everything Nick! You’re a super star!!
