FacebookOther estate agents rings after a viewing for a feedback to pass on to the seller , but this ones are more concerned about you taking the property rather than accepting an honest feedback. I felt they were too pushy and that’s a very disgraceful thing to do . One of the guys we had a house viewing with rang back , rather to ask for a feedback which other agents does , I tried giving one reason why I don’t like the property . The only response I got was “ that wasn’t why I called , are you considering the property or not “ . Obviously if we wanted it, we would have made an offer but I tried telling him why it wasn’t for us but also said what we liked about the property , but guess what ? He shut us down like our opinions didn’t matter . I was shocked beyond words . We had to blacklist the agent and swore never to buy or sell through them. Other agents rings for a feedback to pass back to the seller but urban and rural certainly needs training in that aspect . You should learn from other estate agents . I won’t be buying or selling with them no matter how much I want the house or wish to sell my house . Disgraceful and utterly shameful way to treat a potential buyer .

GoogleAbsolute joke, traveled 50 mins with my 2 year old for a viewing and the selling was not there, we said did you call them and they said no we thought he would be here as we emailed him, we could not believe it, I emailed urban and rural to say how annoyed we was, we had no reply so I emailed again and no reply again so rude, terrible way to treat people, do not use this estate agent

GoogleViewed a house which we were keen on a twice, and Joe and the team were absolutely great. Honest, warming and no pressure. They answer calls every time, call to check prior to viewing, and follow up with feedback promptly to following day. Would say my current favourite agents as we have been viewing with several recently. Keep it up!

GoogleUrban and Rural were brilliant from the start. Very professional and supportive. Arranged loads of viewings and gave feedback from all them all. Making sure they chased up people who had viewed my property. The after sales service was brilliant too. Steven at Urban and Rural was very supportive liaising with my buyer and solicitors. Keeping me updated and was always prompt when answering questions. I would highly recommend using URBAN and RURAL as an estate agent to sell your property.

GoogleCurrently in a chain with this estate agent. Absolutely Horrendous communication. Always promising calls back to solicitors and agents and never delivering. Putting forward buyers to their client as investors and not disclosing that they have Related sales pending. If you are looking to sell property, I would look elsewhere as the after-care sales progression is extremely poor.

Within 2 hours of our first meeting the advertisement of my home was on the website and they arranged viewings from next day onwards and we found a buyer less than 48hours.
