GoogleFirst I had to chase them for viuw a house, because they dont contact to me after my first email Second they push you to use their morgates advisers and if you dont want use theirs, they asking you many personal questions and after they call you to cancel the viuw because you are not good enogh. FacebookExcellent service end to end! We’ve just sold our cottage in Ampthill and after disappointing service from a competitor in Ampthill we switched to U&R. We laid out our high expectations in the introductory call, we are often out of the country so needed thoughtful proactivity, excellent communication across multiple time zones and clear statements. To be honest I expected to have to poke them a few times through the process to keep to my standards but I am pleased to say that I did not need to at all. They exceeded my expectations and even went way above and beyond in popping in to the house when we were away to check on heating, post and such like. We made decorative changes part way through the sale and they had no issues coming out to take new photos and quickly updated heir sales material. EXCELLENT.

GoogleAfter two visits we put offer which was accepted and received email for congratulations. Two weeks later when my mortgage got sorted I was told the property has already been sold to someone else. We just did not loose that home but hours we spent, kids were with us all along to drive 40 miles twice, wasted time of Mortgage brokers and what not.

They then carried out a lot of viewings during the first weekend and I received several offers within a few days (including one on the first day!). They were professional throughout and I would not hesitate to use again.
