If you have the misfortune of having Jane Duka as your property manager, I strongly advise you to brace yourself for a frustrating experience. I've been dealing with a persistent mice problem for several months now, and despite my numerous attempts to seek assistance, I've received nothing but silence from Jane. My emails and phone calls have gone unanswered, which is a glaring example of her complete lack of professionalism and disregard for her tenants' concerns.

I dealt with Jess Exley while looking for an apartment in tillermans court for my aunt & her family. She was extremely sweet & cooperative, she always answered all our queries & doubts in a timely manner. The viewing experience was amazing, where she showed us not only the apartment but the whole building & it’s amazing facilities in the nicest of ways. She has always been super active in replying to our emails, attending our calls etc. Jess also did everything that we asked when it came to enquiries and setting us up so that we had the best possible deal & she helped us in making things simpler before handing us over to the building manager. I would highly recommend Jess as she’s my favourite go to agent whom I’ll always consider whenever I search for my own apartment anytime soon. Cheers!Alizeh.

Most dishonest rental agent in Kensington and Chelsea team. I had an experience recently where the rental agent did not even put my offer through for over a week claiming she was waiting for me to be more specific or was chekcing on mice.When I terminated my relationship she accepted and I used a differnet agency. She then claimed there was another offer and pushed me to offer more to rent. Then another week passed, and the agent was still trying to claim commissions from the second agent who put my offer through to the landlord. Because of the dishonest tactics and constant lies, I lost many other opportunities and two weeks from my window to rent the best flats. Shockingly, after the agent was unable to squeeze more cash and commisions, she called me (insisting it had to be a call) claiming the flat has had “massive leaks and the landlord cant rent it.” The agency admitted they had never disclosed any leaks to me before. Buyer be ware!

Aliya has helped bring our flat in N1 back up to a high standard, after a period in family occupation, arranging to fix lots of little niggles that family members don't notice. The tenants are happy; and so are we.

We were fortunate that it fell to Troy Budd to steer the sale of our property in Stoke Bishop, Bristol. The housing market was becoming increasingly sluggish, with the number of viewings declining. We also lost about 5/6 weeks when a 'prospective buyer" wasted our time, and Troy's, and then just walked away! Troy persisted and a previous "viewer" renewed his interest and, when we least expected, Troy's efforts were rewarded when, unexpectedly, exchange of contracts and completion were accomplished in quick time and the sale was concluded. Much due to Troy's perseverance and persuasive manner. Our sale was due, in no small part, to Troy's efforts in a difficult market.
