I should publicly like to give enormous thanks to Rob and his team for providing incredible support during the recent sale and purchase of two flats. I can honestly say that I have never received such amazing support from an estate agent and would not hesitate to use Taylors again. She responded quickly, both through emails and calls, ensuring that the problem was addressed promptly. The work done to fix the boiler was satisfactory, and I was impressed with how efficient and responsive Emma Brooke was throughout the process. Overall, a very positive experience!

These have been the worst property management I have ever used to manage my property. I do not advise you use them to manage your property. You will have problem after problem and be charged exorbitant fees. Then they will refuse to pick up your calls and reply emails b If I could give zero or negative stars. I would.

Abigail was great - fast-acting, ready to do whatever needed to be done to keep the processes involved in moving moving! After a pandemic it can be difficult to 'keep things moving' because the processes in many systems are affected by staff shortages, backlogs and delays. Taylors like everyone is dealing with this new normal and they are doing a great job to deliver brilliant customer service. Also thank you to Alice. Alice explained everything that needed to be done. Alice got a viewing organised at high speed and in this post (mid?) pandemic climate, speed is sometimes the only way.

Taylors managed the letting of my home and eventually the sale of my home. They sold the property quickly at the value I wanted. This was especially helpful due to my relocation outside of the UK. The communication was brilliant, with continual updates on the progress. The sale process time was very quick and professionally handled. Special thanks to Elliott, for his hardwork and efforts. Having recently been through the process with Taylor’s of buying a property as a first time buyer I can say the following. The service desk team I.e Ankit and Mitchell are exceptional and provide wonderful service. However my experience was ruined by Guaruav Sharma, he was not helpful,unprofessional, rude and very hard to get a hold of. He would often lie to me so that I would use his service and when I informed him I wouldn’t be using him anymore he started making rude unnecessary comments. His behaviour needs addressing and his wholly unacceptable, I have dealt with many brokers but by far Guarav is the worst I have come across.
