GooglePrestige is the 3rd letting agency with I’m renting in UK. As of now its just 3 months now in this house and I am fully satisfied with Prestige team. They are all very helpful and responsive for any queries that we had. The process of renting was very straightforward and they insisted us to have a viewing before doing the commitment. We realise how important that was. We really appreciate that. Initially, we experienced some issues in the house and some maintenance and repair was required. With just a single call all issues are addressed in speedy service. Very good experience as of now and hope it will continue as same...

GoogleI had a very quick and precise move with Prestige, everything was taken care of. Both members of the team i had the pleasure of meeting were extremely helpful and accommodating. My only constructive criticism would be more communication in regards to the third party companies prestige use, like the JustMoveIn service, whilst this was helpful i still had to chase up on a lot of things. But again not exactly Prestiges doing... Very good move and look forward to the future in my new property.

Everything has been fairly straight forward in regards to paperwork and providing general information about the property. They're a high quality agency who I feel have been honest and helpful. GoogleLike other people that have written reviews we have had our own fair share of problems with other letting agencies. However this company has proven to be a real gem. They offer a full management service which was perfect for us. They worked closely with us to ensure the house was ready for renting and found tenants quickly. We have had a couple of issues since they moved in, ( boiler making odd noises and problems with the garden fence) both have been resolved without delay. They are also very knowledgeable regarding all the current regulations. I would highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleClearly one of, if not the best estate agent I've ever dealt with. Extremely quick in their responses, very professional and they take care of you whether you're a tenant or a landlord. They took care of transferring our bills which is easily the biggest headache when moving. Very easy to reach too if there is a problem. Will be looking for prestige properties in the future because I know they will be professional and efficient.

GoogleIt was my first time in renting a house in the UK. The letting agents were also very helpful and responsive for any queries that I had. The process of renting was very straightforward without much bureaucracy. Additionally, they offer a service called "Just move in" - excellent!! They set up all the bills for me, which is something that I had no idea to deal with, if I had too. I'm very happy with Prestige.
