GoogleApplied to view a house, and got shortlisted for a viewing. Drove all the way out there and the estate agent no showed. They called me the minute I pulled up with excuses about having a problem with the key, and that we would have to reschedule - after I had already arrived to view the property. Totally unprofessional. I'm sick of having to rely on estate agents to get a roof over my head. They don't even have the courtesy to show up to a scheduled property viewing.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused on the day of the viewing. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the property due to an unforeseen issue with the locks, which had been changed without our knowledge. As soon as this became apparent, our team immediately contacted the office so that all scheduled viewers could be notified, and arrangements could be made to prevent any further wasted journeys. Although some viewers were already en route, our representative remained at the property to personally apologise to anyone who arrived and to provide assistance where possible. We fully appreciate that this situation was disappointing, particularly after making the effort to attend a scheduled appointment. GoogleRedbrik have been brilliant selling my property, would definitely recommend. From dealing with Nikki to start with, Kathryn during the marketing period and Andrew with the sales progression, all been great and extremely helpful and responsive. We decided to go with Redbrik as they seemed the most helpful and proactive when going to view properties to buy and this was definitely the case when we started to sell my house. They clearly have a very good working relationship with Taylor Emmet solicitors, which between them made the selling process as easy as possible from a customer point of view.

GoogleThe process was really straight forward and easy, if we had any questions about any of the documentation required or encountered any issues the team were always ready to help. This let was also on a short turn around and from the day we were approved by the landlord everything moved very fast! GoogleI retained MAEA to sell a 3 bed house in MK for me by "remote control" from my base in the far east. They impressed me most at the agent selection phase by their personal, well informed , no nonsense approach, and I have been pleased that delivered the same throughout the viewings , negotiations and transfer processes. They looked after my interests, communicated promptly and well, didnt waste my time, and provided solution focussed liaison between buyer and seller to sort out some minor details. I dealt with Satpal and Henry throughout, which suited me very well. An excellent service i felt and reasonable value for money too.

What could have been a really stressful time ended up feeling so much easier because of the people we worked with.
