GoogleJoe and Billy did a very good job in handling the sale of my flat. Valuation turned out to be spot on. Queries were answered promptly and solicitors chased, especially as we approached exchange. By the end of the process I felt as if I was dealing with loyal friends. I would have hesitancy in recommending them and there solicitor's.

GoogleGot to be the worst Agents for rental. I had to move into a house in Dec 2020 it had not been cleaned in fact it was disgusting, mouldy food in an old microwave the whole house filthy. There response was to blame the landlord. We are judge less on our faults more on how we put it right. In this case failed on both counts
Dear Gary, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will pass your comments on to the landlord/owner.

GoogleFirstly Sarah has a wealth of knowledge of the residential lettings market and especially in the HMO field. She really helps take away the risk that Landlords that self manage face today. Coupled with her high energy and passion for the industry she would be a pleasure for any Landlord looking for care and support in managing properties and tenants.
Thank you for the wonderful review Imran, I look forward to working with you further.
