GoogleWent to view property, put in the full asking price. I was told I was the first person to put the full offer on. I waited for several days and had no response from estate agents to confirm if my offer had been accepted or not. After several phone calls, I was told there was a couple before me, and if I would like to make higher offer, but there was no couple before me that put an offer, as I was the first one. Don't appreciate being messed about, very unfair practice, very unprofessional practice. I am very disappointed that people like this can carry on operating without any consequences. It's manipulative and cruel!

GoogleWe chose Jo to sell our property as she provides a much more flexible service than any other 9-5 office based estate agent could offer and this suited me and my husband who both work full time. We also bought a property through Jo and whilst it wasnt the most simplest sale or buy she made it so much easier when we could contact her at anytime of the day. Whilst we wont be moving again anytime soon if we ever were to move again, I would use Jo again and would recommend her to anyone considering selling or buying!

GoogleRude and condescending on the phone when questioning my annual income. Perhaps my youthful voice? To the response: I’m very aware of the process as I’ve been renting for many years now. I have no qualms about answering the necessary questions needed prior to arranging viewings, seeking other potential properties etc. It was the assumption in the woman’s voice that I couldn’t possibly earn £40k+ a year with her long pauses, giggling and her quite literally asking me “do you even earn anywhere near that?” This was after her asking me for my name, so I’m not sure how she came up with such a sudden assumption. I don’t fancy wasting my own time trying to arrange viewings for properties I can’t afford. I’m looking for a home, not a prank call. Many thanks.

We do have to pre-qualify all prospective tenants who show interest in our properties in order to ensure they will meet the referencing criteria. This does involve questions about your financial situation and earnings. Jo was incredibly helpful and always very quick to respond to even the smallest query before, during and indeed after the sale. Google🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We spoke to BPS when we found out our tenant was moving out. Jo was straight on the case and started advising and helping us from the word go. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always on the end of the phone if we needed anything.
