Hi Sam , Sorry you feel this way, i’d like to think we give good customer service , as your email only came through at 8:23pm on a Sunday eve, and was the first time we were made aware of this , our response was the following:- They pay the rent on time and the property is in very good clean condition. Regarding noise there is little I can do. The guidelines are…. Report noise issues to the environmental health department of your local authority. Don't let a situation get out of control - if not dealt with quickly, it can escalate and end up involving the police. Unfortunately there is very little we can do , however we will have a chat with the tenants tomorrow, but if the noise persists whether it is a rental or privately owned property , our response was the correct advice If you’d like to chat to us further, please call the office tomorrow Regards Amanda

GoogleMuch better dealing with this small firm rather than large agents who don’t give a personal approach. Always respond quickly and deal with things professionally. I’ve never had a more thorough inventory carried out by any other company. The tradesmen they use to carry out repairs are also far superior to others.
