On more than one occasion, I was stressed dealing with difficult tenant situations, but Nick stepped in, handled it calmly, and took the weight off my shoulders. That support meant a lot more to me than just “property management”, it gave me peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone in this business who combines efficiency with such personal care, and Nick truly does. I’m very grateful for everything he’s done, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to any landlord looking for not just an agent, but a real partner you can trust.

They were always prompt and responsive whenever I needed something, which made the entire renting experience smooth and pleasant.What I appreciated the most was the respect for my personal space, they trusted me and didn’t make unnecessary visits, which made me feel truly at home. The entire process, from signing the contract to handling all the formalities, was quick and efficient. The same professionalism was present at the end of the contract as well.Overall, I’m very happy with the collaboration and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and respectful rental experience.

GoogleI have just recently completed a sale through Knights MK. Honestly could not fault them. Nick Smith was just so professional and went above and beyond and would recommend them on the highest level. Nick Smith did a 360 tour of the property being sold and it was amazing and just know this helped enormously to sell the property and indeed having prospective purchasers viewing the 360 tour on the internet created so much interest, that the property was sold in 48 hours with people putting offers in true to the value of what was being asked. Nick Smith was just amazing and was on another level when it comes to being a good estate agent and I can say that truly, having bought and sold many properties over the years. GoogleHad the pleasure of dealing with Nick at Knights MK when looking for a property in MK. From the outset I found Nick professional, knowledgable and helpful. Once we moved into the house, nothing was too much trouble. You complete any issue in the app and within a day you have the relevant person on the phone asking when they can pop round. Nick even went above and beyond for us, checking we had locked the back door when we had gone on holiday and picking up a parcel left on the driveway when we had gone away for a few days. When we decided to vacate, Nick and Grace were extremely respectful of our working from home whilst showing potential tenants around. Super nice chap and always very helpful. Highly recommend Knights MK.

GoogleI have rented via Knights MK for the last 3 years. Nick and the team are fantastic, efficient and exceptional agents, who I consider to be incredibly fair. As with all old buildings, there are minor issues and without fail, as soon as something was reported, it was addressed within hours. I would also say thay Knights MK actively encourage their owners to keep the property in good repair, maintain and improve, where appropriate. I would strongly recommend them and can assure you, you will be in good hands.

GoogleNeeded to find a flat in a pinch and managed to find a great flat at a reasonable price. Any maintenance was quick and easy. In general was lovely to deal with Nick, Grace and the team. Had to move out early and was able to do so with assistance from the team. Deposit was returned extremely fast. Cannot fault Knights MK and would rent from them again without hesitation.

Nick is very fast at replying and is always there via text or phone call for what ever question you have. Confused at a couple negative reviews about nick, they must be fake reviews as I've not had a single problem. Very good service so far. Keep up the good work.

GoogleHorrible... Booked a viewing for 12:00 with the confirmation I was the first one to see the house. Arrived at 12:00 only to find 3 other people inside who've already seen the house, discussing referencing,etc. I was told to "have a look around" while Nick finishes with them. 10 min later I have seen the house by myself, Nick still attending to the other people, filling forms. I decide to leave and all Nick can do is to ask me if "I am interested in the house".... I wrote a complaint email and his reply states that I was late!!!! There is only so much business you can do with people that have a shady work ethic....
