GoogleAbsolutely disgusting service- leaks not looked at, bathroom window no extractor fan couldn’t open left for a month while mould built up, we were supplied a FALSE electric safety certificate which I know because it was dated while I was home and no one came and they didn’t care, all the while lying saying the landlord was at fault, that he wasn’t allowed to do work to the property, and that he wouldn’t let the house again because he’s fed up of the landlord, helped us get out of our tenancy when I threatened to report to the council saying the landlord was going to “renovate” and all he’s done is put in new carpets and left all the real problems. I’ve just seen he has let it out again! Do not believe a word that comes out of Nicks mouth Edit: Nick called me yesterday to try to get me to delete my review, blaming the landlord. Every time I tried to speak he spoke over me to the point I actually had to ask him to let me speak. Very rude man.

GoogleI gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero. We had a viewing of a property on Saturday. The agent informed us that they will contact anyone who had viewings on Monday to take offers. We were interested in this property so we called them at the number which is under sales in their website at 9.30 on Monday. The man who answered was from the lettings department, said he will pass the message. I called again at 11.30 where they told me that the house is under offer. When I asked when this happened, another person said that is not under offer and they will call me later. I called again at 15.30 the same story (around that time noticed they set the house *under offer* online). The result was someone (probably the manager) called me at 18.15 to inform me that the house is under offer. Obviously I asked the reason why nobody called me back since 9 30 in the morning and what happened to *we will take all the offers on Monday*. He said that they called the vendors at 9.05 (his exact words) and the vendors accepted another offer and instruct them to not take any other offers and he is just following their orders. So,when I asked again why he didnt get all the offers first as he said he will, and most importantly why he did not come back to me since 9.30 in the morning,since he knew that the house is out of the market,and that he should at least apologise for this. The man started SHOUTING at me, told me not to dare talk over him, that he has nothing to apologise for and when I told him to speak politely he HANG UP on me. Don't even have words to describe how unprofessional and rude he was. JUST BE AWARE !!!! PS. When he was shouting I told him I will write a bad review on google, he said * and I will reply*. Can't wait for it.

GoogleI’ve been a tenant with Knights MK for two and half years and they have really looked us so well. When we moved out, many of our friends shared their horror stories about how some estate agents rip tenants off in MK! This really scared us out but luckily we have Nick who was really reasonable and fair. Overall I would highly recommend anyone (tenants or landlord) to use Knights MK for their efficient and friendly service

GoogleMy wife and I needed a short term rental due to our house buy being delayed due to Covid. Nick at Knights MK was super helpful and found us a short term rental that we were able to view online (at the time) and sort everything out so quickly and professionally. We were lucky enough to be able to extend the stay by a month, as our house still wasn’t ready. We would recommend Knights MK very highly.
