GoogleTom, Amelia and Jo were extremely helpful from the initial valuation until after completion. One of them was always available and dealt with any queries very promptly. Even when solicitors were a bit tardy with information Tom would get a response quickly from them. I highly recommend King Estate Agents and will not hesitate to use them again if the need arose.

GoogleIf you're looking for an estate agent that genuinely works on your behalf, chases outstanding calls and items, keeps you updated on what's required and what's going on, then these guys will do all of that and more. I switched to them from a 'so-called' main brand agency who were complete incompetents and who reinforced the bad reputation of estate agents. Tom, Amelia & Anthony demonstrated through their actions that a speedy & professional service is possible after all. Good job guys...thanks very much...very happy to recommend this firm.

GoogleExcellent customer service from the entire team. We had our property valued by various estate agents in MK and felt King's were the only ones that weren't your typical cheesy estate agents. We received daily updates and never had to chase for feedback. We moved the goal posts a few times but King's still delivered within very tight time frames. We couldn't recommend King's enough. They were very understanding, knowledgeable and professional and made this process that little less stressful for us. Thank you

Special mention to Tom, who not only quickly sold our existing Property but also sourced us our New Home, whilst always being a phone-call or email away if we required anything. I have recommended King estates to my friends and will continue to do that Tom has always been contactable and will call you back when he says he will. He has a vast amount knowledge and experience within the property market of which I had found very valuable. I found the fees very competitive compared to other agents and considering the hard work these guys put in to the sale it's a real value for money.

GoogleCharged me £220 for professional cleaning even though I left the property even cleaner than received. Never got any proof that they actually paid for any "professional cleaning", they only sent me a quote from a cleaning company as proof...
