I would thoroughly recommend King Estate Agents to anyone buying or selling. We couldn't have asked for more during our recent house sale, Jo and Amelia were on hand whenever we needed anything. Amelia was great at helping deal with some of the issues we experienced in the process and always kept us fully up to date. We dealt with a different estate agent for our purchase and the communication was nowhere near as good as King Estate Agents!

The best professional helpful service I have received from an estate agent. Tom and his team have been fantastic. They provide an excellent personal service; my house was sold in no time. I was always kept up to date even when I was on holiday, they really do go above and beyond. I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone going through and buying or selling process.

Working with Tom on the sale of our property was the best decision we could’ve made. Tom provided an excellent service and persevered in keeping us on track when we had some hiccups in the sale. He kept us informed throughout the process and saw it through to completion with patience and professionalism. I would highly recommend King Estate Agents if you looking for a team that is transparent, professional and has your best interests at heart.

We purchased our recent home through Kings and couldn't be more impressed with the service. Amelia inparticular is such a warm, welcoming and professional lady. She was with us every step of our purchase, there for any questions we had and really stayed on top of the chain and progress. I would recommend this agency above all others to anyone looking to move house. Thank you so much guys.

I Couldn't have found for better estate agent in mk than kings estate agents. Living in other part of the world. Tom has always helped and sorted the sale of our house within timeline promised with so much ease. Highly recommended and competitive commission rate compared to other agents in mk. Thank you tom once again. Drinks and melbourne cricket club tickets on me when you visit Australia.

The best choice for us. It all well smooth and as agreed at the start. They were able to sell our home quickly and have been always available to chat and give updates and they have been always gentle and patient with us. Finally we were really satisfied to have chosen them as estate agent and got all sorted. I would highly recommend them as estate agent,

The team at King are worth their weight in gold. After being left disappointed by a high street estate agent we were recommended to use King. Tom rescued the situation, saved the chain and our sanity. Tom went above and beyond to genuinly serve our interests throughout the process and proven trustworthy. I will be reccomending King to friends and family, and of course using them myself if moving again.

King Estate Agents were the agent acting for the vendor of the property we have recently purchased. It was not the simplist of scenarios as the property had been rented by a different agent, and the vendor was based overseas, having spent very little time at the property. Despite this King Estate Agents were key in making sure the purchase progressed as fast and as efficiently as possible, regularly chasing outstanding items and proactively assisting the process wherever possible. Without their efforts we would not have achieved what was a very ambitious completion date. They went beyond the call of duty to ensure any potential hold ups were minimised and always made sure to call back when they said they would, and kept excellent levels of communication throughout with regular updates via phone and email. They were always prompt to any arranged meetings and always endeavoured to be present to give access for trades quotes etc regardless of notice given. A big thanks to Amelia, Tom and Anthony for all their hard work, we would highly recommend King Estate Agents.

King Estate Agents are simply the best! Tom and his team deliver a personal, friendly and reassuring service above and beyond expectations. Moving house is very stressful but Tom and Amelia supported us through every step of our move. They ensured that potential buyers were accompanied, and that our home was photographed and discussed in the most favourable manner. Tom worked hard to schedule appointments at convenient times, address queries quickly and efficiently, and resolve any issues throughout the chain, in a friendly professional manner. We could not be more impressed. Thank you for supporting us with our move; we could not have done this without you.

I have had my fair share of 'pushy' estate agents, however King Estate were different, not your any old/typical sales person. They are extremely professional, considerate, polite/well mannered and very understanding. I dealt with Amelia mostly, she was amazing. Hands on everyday including during out of hours/annual leave. I would moving forward speak highly of King to everyone and I will use them again in the near future. Without their support my conveyancing/purchase wouldn't have gone any smoother. Thank you King Estate & Amelia! Great Service and I wish you all more success in the future, you guys are great!

Kings were recommended to me a few years ago. We didn’t consider anyone else when we needed to sell and I’m pleased with our decision. Jo has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly, professional and super responsive! Thank you so much, we will be back when we are ready in buy next year. Fully recommend.

King Estate Agents acted as the selling agent for the property we recently acquired, and their assistance was invaluable throughout the process. They efficiently managed many aspects of the transaction, alleviating the typical stresses associated with being part of a chain. They went above and beyond by coordinating with both my solicitor and the solicitor representing the purchaser of the flat I was selling. Additionally, they ensured I received regular updates from the estate agent handling the sale of my flat and effectively managed the higher levels of the chain. Amelia and Ben maintained open lines of communication, ensuring things progressed smoothly even during periods of relative quiet. When the time comes to sell my property in the future, I will undoubtedly turn to King Estate Agents for their expertise in marketing and listing. Since moving into my new place, I've reached out to Kings Estate Agent for a couple of minor questions they continue to be responsive and extremely helpful.

King Estate agents are fantastic. After getting a few different estate agents to value our property, we decided King was the only choice. They offered to that personal service that you look for in such an important part of your life. My main contacts were Ben and Amelia, and they were fantastic from the get go. The transaction took longer than anticipated due to various circumstances, but they made sure to keep us updated and in the loop at every stage. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family

We recently found our dream home but didn't even have our home on the market. The race was on to sell as quickly as possible. King Estate agents pulled out all the stops to help us and we cannot recommend them enough. Right from the start with their honest valuation and expectations, to the amazing photography and their complete professionalism throughout. They were extremely attentive and responsive to any queries we had along the way. A fantastic experience and we 100% recommend! A big thank you to all of you!
