We sold our Flat through King Estate Agents and they were a dream to work with. They are very knowledgeable on the area and industry and helped advise us on the best processes. I found them very professional to work with, and they were always contactable, our main contact was Amelia, who was excellent! She even helped us with some issues with the purchase of our new home which was going above what she needed to do. We purchased our house through King Estate Agents earlier this month. Amelia, Jo and the team at King were friendly and helpful from start to finish, always replying quickly and being proactive in helping us move the sale along when the solicitors became a little slow. I never had to chase them for anything and they were all absolutely lovely. As a buyer, you can often expect estate agents to be rude or unhelpful once you've put your offer in (that's definitely been my experience in the past) but with King Estate Agents that was never the case at all. I would really recommend them and will definitely be using them if we ever sell our new house! Thanks King for a really pleasant buying experience!

The communication through the sale of my house was excellent. Toms knowledge was excellent when making sure the property found its place in the market. Sam and Anthony were quick to provide useful feedback after viewings and Amelia was great when providing updates during the sale process. There was a slight bump in the road when the chain fell through initially, but the whole team were very supportive and quick to get the house back on the market and sold. Absolutely brilliant estate agent, from start to completion. Tom was happy to tweak our property ad, change photos and wording, without complaint. We needed a plumber to complete work before going on the market and Tom sorted that out there and then. We received regular updates, even when the update was 'nothing's happened yet', and advice on what we should do to get the sale. Every viewing was accompanied. It was once we had a buyer that the service really came into our own. We had a long chain that was both looking to complete quickly and had issues cropping up at every link. Tom worked incredibly hard to wrangle the chain to exchange of contracts and I have no doubt that the chain would have collapsed three times over if it wasn't for him. Tom came up with ideas and solutions at every turn and was exceptionally professional throughout. I would go out of my way to use King again next time we move!

Over the years, I have used many large estate agents. However I found King Estate Agents to be head and shoulders above them all, offering a personalised and highly professional service.
