Estate Agents generally have a bad reputation (and rightly so in many cases), but the people at King are a credit to the industry. Our experience with them as first time buyers was fantastic from start to finish. We found them to be honest and transparent throughout the process. We mostly dealt with Ben and Amelia but Tom was also on hand to step in when needed. Our purchase went right down to the wire due to delays outside of King’s control but Amelia was relentlessly chasing all parties for us while giving us regular updates to reassure us. This was huge for us as first time buyers. We eventually got over the line and I’m certain a large part of that was down to all the chasing Amelia did. If we decide to sell in the future, King will for sure be the first agents we engage with.

I saw the property on right move and rung to get a viewing which they arranged for the same day. Ben was fantastic and so helpful. The initial meeting with Tom was very professional, frank and clear about how to move forward with the sale of my apartment in a tricky market. The photographs by Dean were fabulous and he spent time ensuring that every room looked amazing. Ben and Ela were thorough and enthusiastic with prospective buyers and I really appreciated how carefully they listened to all the facts/features of my property and then used this information correctly to conduct positive viewings. As a first time buyer, i feel I was lucky to have king estate agents to oversee the process. The property was nice and clean, rightly priced and the the process overall was great. They guided through the process and were patient at the beginning when i sorted the documentation out. If not for them, the solicitors (key conveyancing) would have screwed the transaction up with their less than optimal responses and guidance. I will recommend king estate agents & this is probably the longest review I've written to anyone and they deserve it.
