GoogleInitially a poor start with the agents, not replying to emails or phone calls and so on with only one direction for them to proceed, that is to improve. However, by some magic something happened and now with Imtiaz and Sabrina on the lettings scene things have really changed for the better. Calls are being answered, emails being responded, politeness every time, they do what they say they will do - what more can we ask for. Very well done Sabrina & Imtiyaz, I am now starting to hold my head high and say I am with Haarts!

GoogleSaw a property in the area I have been trying to move too so I called haart and spoke with Ryan Tift. Stright awway he asked me some questions and then went awway to speak to the landlord. Two hours later he called me back and said the landlord is happy for him to go ahead and do the referencing Stright awway Ryan got me set up on the haart portal and got me started with homelet. I had few troubles with doing referencing on the homelet page but I called Ryan and he sorted it for me stright awway the next day the references come back good he then took me few a few more steps. The same day he also spoke with the landlords and got everything in place all with in a matter of two days outstanding customer service and a very nice company to work with.

I’ve been dealing with Ryan Tift so far and I have to say I am really impressed with his attitude and his attention to details. He is very pleasant, efficient and goes above and beyond to understand what the tenant wants. He was so cool, calm and had enough patience to listen to our concerns related to property. He gave enough time to report all our concern and he was not in a hurry. He also assured us to get the things sorted out at the earliest and he also us asked to reach him for any other concerns in future, which was so welcoming and kind enough. GoogleThese guys are awesome! both Pratik and Janet at Haart have gone above and beyond what you would expect from any estate agents. Always polite, courteous, extremely helpful but most importantly they took the time and effort to find out exactly what I required and, even when I had found a house through another agent, they kept in touch just to make sure things were going well and progressing. Would definitely recommend based on my past experiences with them.
