GoogleI am really appreciated for the help from haart letting services from end to end. Especially for the help from Tom, highly recommend. He is very proactive and helpful in all steps from helping marketing our property, contact with potential tenants as well as closing the rental agreement. He is very responsive and always replies to our queries promptly. He also helped a lot on providing advice, linking up with the contractor on any professional cleaning/works before the start of tenancy with reasonable price. I will definitely recommend his letting services to my friends/other. They really give us a peace of mind. Wingo

GoogleHaart we’re enlisted to manage my single rental property. Considering the fee they are taking to “manage” said property is quite high. The actual management they do is completely non-existent. Multiple failed attempts at contacting them via phone or email. Haart are completely unresponsive. Further to this for 6 weeks the tenant at the property was trying to get a number of issues reported and fixed however haart made it near impossible. Eventually the tenant managed to contact me directly, in order to raise their concerns. I enlisted a property manager so I didn’t have to deal with these queries. I would NEVER recommend haart to anyone as they are such an unreliable, unprofessional and disappointing poor excuse for a management company or estate agents.

GoogleA shameless company never respond to your call never respond to your email and they will detect the money just like they are earning the money please please please stay away from haart letting agency. Especially from their property management team and a letting team from last few months I am trying to reach them and no one is responding. And my current tenant also contacting them but there are no one to respond them and on 19th of October tenant have to vacate the property but no response from them they are the pathetic company I ever seen in this letting industry.
