Awful Awful service. Been in this industry for over 25 years and never dealt with such an unprofessional agency. Booked an appointment to view a property. Confirmed by agent waited for email confirmation. Come the day still no notification. Called agent, I was told “some one will come back to you”. No one did. Waited around as I was from out the area. Called again to be told “some one will come back to you”. Drove 1.5 hours home with still no contact. 3 days later got the call to say property was sold and no further viewings.

I would like to say thank you to haart! I had 2 property to rent fully managed by haart 2 years ago. They are very professional and very good at finding good tenant and good maintenance for the properties, recently the new management team Chris Richards fix the broken electricity in just 24 hours, leaving the tenant and me a peace of mind in whatever they trying to achieve in an excellent speed and quality in repairing issues. Haart made everything run so smoothly and enabled me to enjoy my stay. Everything was made so easy for me and I can't recommend them highly enough. No fuss was made about anything that was asked and was done quickly and efficiently. The place itself was presented to excpetionally high standard which again meant I could just make myself at home and enjoy without any anxiety. Will be using again and extremely happy. A special mention to Jack Webb who I dealt with personally whose customer service was examplary and was one of the main reasons for how smooth everything went. Thanks again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Was told the property was ours on Friday, and by Monday we were gazzumped. We offered more money, but were then told a story about the house going to first time buyers, after being told they had sold their property already. After we increased our offer we were told "it's not about money. The others are ready to move". Buyer lost a good 10K extra we were offering. Wouldn't sell or buy anything from them. BEWARE!!!

I was disappointed with the service. I contacted them about renting a property I was interested in applying for as a tenant. During my first call, I was informed that the property was available and that a viewing would be arranged, but no one followed up. When I called again the following week, I was told the property was no longer available. It turned out that my initial request had been handled by the "overflow" team, and my viewing request was never recorded. The person I spoke to on the second call was not helpful at all.

Worst agency I have ever rented from. Not only they are incompetent in resolving simple disputes but also never respond to your calls and does charge you the rent way above market rate. They also hide actual facts from renter such as lifts not working or future planned changes which makes the conditions hard to live. No process for property management. Update (20.07.21): I was in constant touch with Haart agents (such as Sabrina) in order to get my deposit back but no deduction coat was provided to me up until 48th day of me vacating the property and they have always shared misleading information and never initiated any process to return my deposit. After 30 days of me vacating the property I was forced to raise dispute with DPS and as per the process agent/landlord should provide their response within 14 days, for which they took 18. I am still to get my deposit back after 3 months of vacating the property.

We recently had a change of tenants and the way in which the Haart team (Thomas George, Christopher Richards and Imtiyaz Riaz) dealt with the following is very professional and efficient. - The checkout process was completed in detail - Property fixed in time for new tenants with professional work - Damages from old tenancy and cost for fixing those resolved fairly and efficiently from the deposit. - New tenants found and moved in within days of old tenants moving out Haart is hassle free and very friendly. Incredibly professional and personal service from Haart. Nick, Deana and Liam did a fantastic job of selling my property, twice! The first time we had to pull out due to unforeseen circumstances, but then a few months later we returned to Haart to put our house back on the market. Each time we put our house on the market with Haart, it was sold STC within two weeks, 10-20 viewings and multiple offers; one of which Deana negotiated an agreement with the buyer for us and got us exactly what we were after. They communicated with us all the way and promptly gave feedback from the viewings, all the way to completion of sale. My experience with Haart was that of true professionals, personable staff and they are out to get you the best deal possible with your interests at heart. I highly recommend this agency and would definitely use again!
