I first called Haart becuase I wanted them to let my house which I had just bought (seeing good reviews online). I left a message that I had just completed and was looking for an agent and no one returned my call (not even 4 days later), so I appointed someone else. The second time I called Haart was to view a property for sale. I called first thing in the morning stating that I was in the area (an hour drive from my home) and wished to view the property later that day. They promised to get back to me shortly to make an appointment for the afternoon, never heard from them.. so I called a second time in the afternoon and was promised they are on it, "someone will call me back ASAP"... more than 24 hours later and still no one has called - if this is 'ASAP' service, I shudder to think what the regular level of service is. In conclusion, these clowns don't want to let a property for a landlord or sell a property for a vendor, so what the heck are they in business for?NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have only experienced one bad thing so far, but that is massive. I am expecting to get my deposit back after the my contract has ended for 2 months now. I had to provide every single detail of mine 3 times over the course of the last 2 months as if they are unable to store my datas and nothing happened. My fear is that the majority of the 5 star rates are from earlier days, I definitely can not give more than one star. Thank you for the management of the flat, as a landlord who is some distance away it can be quite a daunting task which requires a huge amount on trust in the letting agency, you have been brilliant in communication and advice. The recent renovation has required quite a large investment but the introduction of an excellent builder made the task so much easier plus the added security that you were keeping an eye on the renovations really helped. The new tenants were arranged and vetted quite seamlessly with essential details relayed in a timely and clear manner, again the huge trust factor is so important to ensure we have the right tenant for all parties.
