GoogleFirst class service from Ali Khan. A very friendly person that went above and beyond to help us seal the right mortgage. We found him to be professional and approachable at all times and explained to us every step of the way. He succinct and transparent. I will use him for the rest of my life and would recommend Ali to anyone. Great job and keep up the excellent work!

GoogleWe have had excellent service from our mortgage advisor Ali Khan at Connells. As we are first time buyers we didn't know much about the process but he explained everything throughly but in a simple way. He's very approachable and nothing was too much for him. He was always there to help and often going way over and above his duties. I would strongly recommend Ali to anyone.

GoogleTo tell an elderly woman that you're not interested in helping to sell her flat unless she sells to an investor, nearly 25-30k below the market value is disgusting.. Just because you wanna make a quick buck instead of waiting as apparently it takes too long

GoogleMe and my gf recently took mortgage and Mr.Ali Khan was our mortgage brooker and we have to say that he is very profesional,well organized,he always had time for us,always had answers and good advice for all my questions in the morning,during the day and evening.We are very happy to have our new home thanks to Connells but most of it going to Ali Khan.Thank you Ali.

GoogleNice experience overall. Friendly agents , never hesitated to arrange viewings. Got some really good advise from mortgage advisor. Negotiations experience is must as we will be dealing with professional negotiators.Nothing wrong, its their job. General suggestion would be that , seller and buyer should do their own research as well if they are first time buyers

Eliot was particularly very helpful, awaiting delivery of new furniture and moving it into the top floor property when the delivery men refused to. We had a long process, with difficult solicitors, resulting in a last minute exchange and completion, but James supported me through every stressful step.

GoogleTerrible customer service, lackadaisical and unbothered. A few of the ladies at this branch (Claire, Chloe and I've forgotten the other name(s)) are pretty rude on the phone, then switch their demeanor when in person. They don't pass messages on to other staff, so you have to explain everything repeatedly. One of them is a very pushy sales representative, who takes personal offence when you decline her services. This just makes for flawed system when it comes to booking viewings, putting down offers. Wouldn't buy/sell with them if you paid me, unfortunately cannot rate less than 1 star.

GoogleThey don’t even deserve the 1 star. We have rented the same property through connells for 10 years. Their service from start to finish is shocking. Thankfully we had a brilliant landlady who always made sure things were sorted. The staff don’t answer phones and never reply to messages. You report issues and they don’t do anything about it. They leave you without heat and water and lockable doors. They treat tenant's like they are bottoms of the pile. It has taken over two months to get our deposit back and we had to threaten legal action. If you are thinking of renting avoid these agents. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.

GoogleConnells Lettings team did a quick work to ensure Tenants are identified and moved in asap, saving a great amount of time and costs for me as the first time Landlord. There was minimum effort from me and they managed the whole process asap.

GoogleI have only had a phone conversation and haven't dealt with them as such, but I needed advice on a new rental and criteria etc. The agent I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful/friendly, which is so refreshing when it's obvious that to plan a move is stressful enough, (and especially given how difficult life (and for some of us, regular income) has been of late!) so it was very much appreciated. Not all letting agents leave you feeling optimistic!PositiveProfessionalism

Googlemy wife and our young child were on the lookout for an ideal property to let for at least 6 months with not much luck due to in large letting agencies either not being responsive in regards to viewings or outlining the process to progress with getting into a property until we had the pleasure of dealing with Connells Estate agents. Claire from minute 1 on our first call had a can do attitude and went above and beyond to not only secure the property but resolve any bumps on the way. Gemma had a huge hand in getting the final stages all worked out and personally helped in getting final adjustments resolved. I can honestly say without the help of Claire I would not be in this fantastic property which ticked all the boxes for our requirements. GoogleI cannot praise the Connells sales team at MK enough. They have totally smashed the stereotype of the estate agent. From start to finish I had superb professional service from Teale , James and Daniel. Following the offer, Daniel and James supported me through the whole process and Daniel rang me every Monday to check process. They liaised with solicitors and nothing was too much trouble. When I say I couldn’t have moved without them... I really mean it. Thank you for your patience and support.
