When ever i call to view the property its always fully booked. Even though property listed in an hour, fully booked. 1 time I viewed share ownership property which is for the first time buyer and who can't afford full property. I offered full asking price but they sold it to some one on cash. My question is if someone can afford to pay full 72k cash. Which is un fair. Last time property on sale but when i phoned to book viewings, they said it will be available in few month time. So, my question is, why you put on sale then if its not available. Every time they take your number for call back but never call back. I think they are just scam..

Samantha, David and rentals were amazing in helping us find and secure our new rental property. Although we had some bumps along the road, Sam and David were always friendly and helpful through the whole process. They kept us updated at every stage and although it took longer than planned, they were helpful in fire fighting all issues and getting us across the line. They were both very friendly and eager to get us in, they gave us a lovely ‘welcome to your new home’ package! Overall a lovely and friendly experience and would definitely use Connell’s rentals again.

I ended up outside Connells several times this evening when I could not find my car in CMK. Marco was really helpful, looking up the meter where I'd paid and offered to walk with me to find it. I said no and later on he saw me in his car still looking around... He offered me a lift to try and locate my car which I gratefully took as I was loaded down with shopping. 2 minutes later we found it. He was definately my hero tonight. From day 1, my conversation with Marco gave me confidence. Here was a person who was going to deliver! Well he did! In matter of 1day of the property going on the market he managed to secure tenants. Initially there was some hurdles to cross but Marco and his team were fully supportive with whatever decision we made. I know we made the right decision as my tenants who are also great have moved in within 2 weeks of seeing the property and I am happy landlord thanks to Connolls. I have dealt with Ali Khan for a couple of our mortgages and he has been extremely helpful. Always he has the right information and no doubt that he is very good with numbers. However I did not like a one year Tenancy agreement with the 'Break Clause' especially when I heard from my tenant that her initial decision was to move out after 6 months. Not easy because my requirements and income structure were complex. Even better, she got all this arranged in double quick time to beat the 0.5% base rate increase.
