Delivered on promises to get viewers into the door. I like other local agents they had a high flow of viewings resulting in a rapid sale of my house at a very competitive sale price. Easy to deal with good communication throughout and advice.

I purchased a house via Connells in 2023, and it was not an experience I want to repeat. I was forced into visiting their in house mortgage advisor and told I would get a better chance of purchasing the house I was interested in if I used them.

GoogleMy nice fixed rate mortgage was due to end and I needed to arrange a new one - the best possible under the current circumstances. Mortgage advisor Jolanta Szymkowiak worked wonders to get this. Not easy because my requirements and income structure were complex. Even better, she got all this arranged in double quick time to beat the 0.5% base rate increase.

Reported damp couple of times and a year later still nothing, when trying to speak to people it's impossible to get a reply from them. I tried to leave my tenancy and couldn't get a reply from them. Wouldn't suggest going with them

However I did not like a one year Tenancy agreement with the 'Break Clause' especially when I heard from my tenant that her initial decision was to move out after 6 months. I think informing the landlord of Tenant's intention about the length of the contract is more realistic.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality

We found him to be professional and approachable at all times and explained to us every step of the way. He succinct and transparent. GoogleCurrently in the process of purchasing my first property and having Ali from Connells Mortgages has been a huge support. Finding me the best mortgage with the best rates and highest lending. I could not do this process without him, as it requires allot of time, experience and has alleviated the stress. Negotiations experience is must as we will be dealing with professional negotiators.Nothing wrong, its their job. General suggestion would be that , seller and buyer should do their own research as well if they are first time buyers

GoogleWe have had excellent service from our mortgage advisor Ali Khan at Connells. As we are first time buyers we didn't know much about the process but he explained everything throughly but in a simple way. He's very approachable and nothing was too much for him. He was always there to help and often going way over and above his duties. I would strongly recommend Ali to anyone.

GoogleTo tell an elderly woman that you're not interested in helping to sell her flat unless she sells to an investor, nearly 25-30k below the market value is disgusting.. Just because you wanna make a quick buck instead of waiting as apparently it takes too long
