From the start my experience has been terrible with 32 weeks contract High Fee's do not enter or commit yourself into any long contract.you then have to lower the price they don't lower the fee.you are still left after this period with no sale.

Rented a property from Connells, at the end of term landlord tried to exploit and grab the deposit and Connells acted like they can’t take any responsibility. Connells were the ones rented the property and should’ve taken some responsibility.

GoogleI ended up outside Connells several times this evening when I could not find my car in CMK. Marco was really helpful, looking up the meter where I'd paid and offered to walk with me to find it. I said no and later on he saw me in his car still looking around... He offered me a lift to try and locate my car which I gratefully took as I was loaded down with shopping. 2 minutes later we found it. He was definately my hero tonight. GoogleFrom day 1, my conversation with Marco gave me confidence. Here was a person who was going to deliver! Well he did! In matter of 1day of the property going on the market he managed to secure tenants. Initially there was some hurdles to cross but Marco and his team were fully supportive with whatever decision we made. I know we made the right decision as my tenants who are also great have moved in within 2 weeks of seeing the property and I am happy landlord thanks to Connolls. GoogleI have dealt with Ali Khan for a couple of our mortgages and he has been extremely helpful. Always he has the right information and no doubt that he is very good with numbers. What I like most about him is that he doesn't give up on difficult / complicated mortgage cases. He has sorted one of our complicated mortgage and we are extremely happy about it. Without any hesitation, I would recommend Ali for your mortgages (residential or Buy-to-lets)

GoogleI cannot put into words how thankful my fiance and I were to have worked with Connells agency, especially Ali, on helping us to buy our very first home. From the very beginning, Ali was just on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial sit down to talk about the whole process, our budget, etc. and he worked to put together a plan that felt so us, so personalized and yet so professional. Also, Ali was always available when you have questions, he is always one text away. He guides us ultimately in this home buying process and he makes it easy and kept us informed of every step. On top of everything else, Ali guided us through the entire process with a smile. Besides his sharp professionalism and attention to detail, he brought personality, humor and levity to every single day, something that two nervous first-time buyers appreciated so much.
