GoogleI have only had a phone conversation and haven't dealt with them as such, but I needed advice on a new rental and criteria etc. The agent I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful/friendly, which is so refreshing when it's obvious that to plan a move is stressful enough, (and especially given how difficult life (and for some of us, regular income) has been of late!) so it was very much appreciated. Not all letting agents leave you feeling optimistic!PositiveProfessionalism

Googlemy wife and our young child were on the lookout for an ideal property to let for at least 6 months with not much luck due to in large letting agencies either not being responsive in regards to viewings or outlining the process to progress with getting into a property until we had the pleasure of dealing with Connells Estate agents. Claire from minute 1 on our first call had a can do attitude and went above and beyond to not only secure the property but resolve any bumps on the way. Gemma had a huge hand in getting the final stages all worked out and personally helped in getting final adjustments resolved. I can honestly say without the help of Claire I would not be in this fantastic property which ticked all the boxes for our requirements. GoogleI cannot praise the Connells sales team at MK enough. They have totally smashed the stereotype of the estate agent. From start to finish I had superb professional service from Teale , James and Daniel. Following the offer, Daniel and James supported me through the whole process and Daniel rang me every Monday to check process. They liaised with solicitors and nothing was too much trouble. When I say I couldn’t have moved without them... I really mean it. Thank you for your patience and support.

GoogleThis was my first experience of finding a rental property, and I can say that I felt guided and reassured through the whole process - start to finish (and beyond). The customer care was 5* and if I ever had any questions I felt able to ask, and I received prompt answers. I would most certainly recommend Connells Estate Agents for anyone looking for a rental property.

GoogleI am a buyer. I was under a lot of pressure to find a property sutable for myself and my daughter and I had a lot of boxes to tick with low budgets. Christian / the estate agent who helped me find d right home/ was so helpful and worked around me till we found d right one. This not only happens wethin a week , but he whent out of his way to accommodate me and informed , abd updeted me clear every time we was progressing. I also met one of Connells broker's Ali Khan I was very impressed with the way he kept very proportional yet relaxed atmosphere. I had to deal with a few estate agency over the passed 6moths and I can confidently say Connells was one of d best. WOULD recommend them.

GoogleI'm a first time buyer and Connells have been nothing but wonderful and supportive throughout the whole process from initially meeting with their Mortgage Broker to staff such as Kelsey who has been approachable and communicative throughout the whole process. Kelsey has always been on hand to address any of my issues or concerns thus far and that should not be taken for granted. I would highly recommend others to go through the team at Connells in the future.

GoogleSamantha and Connell's letting could not have been more helpful in finding us the right tenants for our house. Communication was fantastic, and she gave proper consideration about getting the right people, which we appreciated. I recommend them to any landlord looking for that extra can-do attitude from their letting agent.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing staff, Jaime-Lee & Agata helped us so much with our move. Any problems or questions we had were dealt with incredible professionalism. We had to move unexpectedly and they went above and beyond to secure us a new place to live. We are so grateful for everything they have done for us over the last month we could not be happier.

GoogleMarco and Claire have been very helpful with my experience in renting . They made every effort to try and make the impossible decision, possible. They gave alot of advice on how to move forward. They used discretion and helped so much. never had such a great experience and help like I did with connells esp with Marco and Claire. thank you very much for everything

GoogleOne of the worst estate agents, very non professional. Tried calling for the property to view 3 times but they are least interested. Confirmed viewing but didnt send any confirmation and if you call they are rude. They don't have any vital information of the property and are not bothered to help you with it.
