How do they expect to sell houses if you do not follow up leads. Terrible way run a business Billericay branch. GoogleFrom start to finish Alex in letting was excellent, very helpful and informative and a really pleasure to work with in finding my new home. When visiting the office you are greeted by the sales team who are always very happy and pleasant and can’t do enough to help you while waiting for Alex. These guys are waste of time. Hardly spend 2 mins in your house and god know what makes wrk think that your house is almost 50k less than the actual value of your house. They simply don’t do any home work. At first I was proposed a desktop valuation so you can think how lazy are they. Don’t waste your time with these guys.

One star it s way to much for them. As a tenant i ve waited 2 and a half months for a sink tap replacement and a window repair. Now, my boiler is faulty and i have already 2 weeks waiting. Outside are - 7°C.Worst agency ever ever.

Cannot believe how poor this business is.Not one call returned, not one call made.They were tasked with getting a valuation.Then stopped.5-10 phone calls later and missed promises, deadlines, etc.Waste of time - buyer beware.Still wasting my time with them - yes, they still say they will call you - they don't.

using the company is one thing. but working for them is another. treated like absolute s***. false promises and dodgy scrips to learn. management are awful, so called ‘leaders’ give false motivation and crap advice. ‘too depressed’ to be on the phone apparently all for less than minimum wage for 50+ hours a week. exploitation at it’s finest. how funny.

Disgsusting service. Promise a friend to get them moved within 2 months and it has been 4 and no dat given. Now they say 2 weeks delay. Seriously disgusted. Not an agent my friend dreamed of selling. Do not recommend this at all, an absoluate waist of money and a load of time if you r going to use them.

Incompetent survey, uncontactable.Terrible surveyors. Performed a survey on our flat and incorrectly identified a health and safety issue with our windows that was contradictory to national legislation, putting our whole sale in jeopardy. What makes matters worse is they are uncontactable as they hide behind their estate agents who will not permit any discussion of the survey and are intentionally obstructive.

Joke! Absolute joke! Just valued my house at 50k less than the previous co did a couple of months ago and since then we’ve had significant work done. Incidentally the valuation they came up with was only 25k more than we paid for it 14 years ago and it was literally just a stone shell. Like I say, total joke!

Really dissapointed with the service from these agents. Never come back to you on the phone with updates on the offer I made, rude on the phone and shoulting. I've been trying to arrange a viewing for 4 days which never hapen and in the end hanged up the phone on me. Waste of time 100%

These guys are horrific. Messed us about moving in, messed us about while we lived here and now messing us about to make us leave, only 12 months in. Replied to a repairs request with an eviction notice, lie through their teeth about everything. Absolutely shocked at the level of quality here, expected more from connells.

I recently sold my house through their Kingswood branch and did most of the work myself! I had to constantly chase them for feedback of viewings by going to their branch, as they ignored my emails. This was doubly frustrating as I was also being chased by competent estate agents for feedback of properties I viewed. I will never use them again.

Although this company provided what was contractually required, I was disappointed with the overall level of service.Following a complaint about an element of the service provided, our contractual relationship hit such a low point that the only remit left was arbitration via Ombudsman Services, via the published ADR scheme.Had I know what would have occurred, I would not have used this company in the first place.

Rubbish customer service. Maintenance department awfulTook weeks to get anything sorted. Offered no forms of compensation for being without basic things like hot water for over a month. Made life extremely difficult for well over 8 months. was not even informed I had a new landlord until I rang them up and was told as an afterthought. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY GO ELSWHERE

If I could give minus stars I would. When you really need something, you might as well talk to the wall, they never call you back, they give bad advice then hide like the cowards they are. This company is just an embarrassment!!!!Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic how they treat people. Just ignoring every single company value. Even the complaint office has no idea how to sort out things and is just pointless. Constantly keep telling an untruth, making errors, breaching the contract and unlawfully holding your money.
