GoogleI have found a property that's perfect for myself just to have it ripped out from underneath me just because of the fact I am getting universal credit which would cover the monthly rent but I don't match the criteria as I do not earn that much money right now so and also I have noted that the property rent has been reduced twice this month which says to me you need and want to get it rented out to make money on it

GoogleWhen I hear others around how their agencies ignore their property issues, I feel lucky with ours! There are 5 years since we are renting from Aztec and they always were nice, helpful and fast in their services, which is valued. We appreciate it! Lotoya, thank you for being a great "wi-fi" between us and our landlord in negotiating the annual renewal! In a so fast world now it is priceless to have agencies who care about their tenants and don't change prices everyday. Thank you for your job, guys!

GoogleJudy at Aztec has just assisted with checking out of the property we have rented for the past 2 years. Unlike previous companies, we were given extensive information and a helpful checklist to assist us in receiving our full deposit back. Instead of feeling like we were fighting a losing battle, Judy was helpful, neutral and honest.

GoogleMy only demand was to give me a house for long term. They asked me to move after 6 months. They told me that the landlord want to move back into the house with his family. Since then...this property from Oldbrook is listed every 6 months. Is that o coincidence or they just want to take fees from every tenant??? If you looking something for rent...I highly recommend...NEVER USE THIS AGENCY!!!!

This is done as quickly as possible, and after that he informs me of the latest developments that he has made, providing me with pictures.

GoogleThe workers in lettings show you around the properties, make you feel as though you are likely to get the property. Once you view the property, you do not hear from them again. Their communication is very poor. You end up chasing them to find out the outcome of your interest in the property. The way they treat customers after viewing a property is awful. Poor communication skills and no conscious to get back to the client. Awful and disappointing!
