GoogleAs a former renter I can say that Aztec is a good agency. Today we work with Aztec as a contractor for the maintenance of the various properties. Communication with Chloe and Judy has always been very good and immediate. We have seen how much effort they put into doing things right and resolving various situations as soon as possible. Good girls, kind and very professional. You collaborate with them as a family, the team that takes care of the properties is really very capable. In particular as mentioned the collaboration with Chloe is excellent because she knows her job very well and understands the needs of all parties involved in any situation. GoogleIf you are considering using this letting agency, I strongly advise against it. My experience with them was extremely disappointing, to say the least. Firstly, my house was burned down while under their care, and I received no meaningful help or support from the agency during this difficult time. This left me feeling abandoned and helpless, with no one to turn to for assistance. In addition to their lack of support in the aftermath of the fire, the agency was also generally unresponsive and unhelpful throughout my tenancy. Anytime I had an issue or question, it felt like pulling teeth to get a response or resolution. This made the entire experience of renting through them incredibly frustrating and unpleasant. Overall, I would strongly advise against using this letting agency. If you're looking for a company that will provide good customer service and support in the event of unexpected incidents, it's worth considering other options. The lack of care and concern from this agency has left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated, and I would hate for anyone else to have to go through a similar experience.

GoogleInternational Peace of Mind!!! If i was able to leave 6 stars i would. I was looking for a flat from overseas for my daughter who was moving to MK for a 1yr work term. As a parent, i explained what i was looking for and Michelle found the perfect location. She helped us navigate through all the requirements and made sure that everything was put into place when we arrived in the UK. We literally got off the plane and straight to the flat!! For those of you that don't know, if you are coming from out of country......there is alot of red tape that you have to overcome....Michelle knew them all!! If you are looking for someone with knowledge and experience, and more importantly, someone who cares.....look no further than Michelle at Aztec.

GoogleI had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with Aztec Sales and Lettings. I booked a property viewing for 3:30 PM on March 14th via email, but no one showed up. After calling their number, I was told they were coming shortly. I waited for nearly an hour, sent an email with no response, and when I called again, I was told the agent had come and left without even contacting me. Since the viewing was at an apartment complex with no specific address given, I had no way of knowing where exactly I should wait, and the agent made no effort to communicate. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and a total waste of my time. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a responsible and trustworthy lettings company.

GoogleI am satisfied with the ways Ali sorted out maintenance issues at my property. he sent in contractors to check them in no time. Ali kept me updated throughout the whole process until the work was completed as expected. He also responds promptly to communication.

I was nervous and unsure on the process but from my very first encounter with Michelle I was put at ease straight away! All of my questions were answered and from the first viewing I was reassured with the professional but friendly service! GoogleEveryone in this company is extremely incompetent. When I cleared my flats, they charged me £260 for minor clearing and extra for leaving my mattress behind that I paid for which I told them I would leave for the other tenant staying. They have poor communication with the landlord and oversell everything. I have also tried contacting them regarding a false electric bill that they relayed to me after I rightfully paid mine but are ignoring me. Avoid
Very sorry to hear you feel you have had a poor service from us here at Aztec. I have had a look into the situation you are referring to and have been advised that there was indeed a great deal of cleaning still required after your checked out along with various items including a mattress to be removed. The property is rented without a mattress for hygiene purposes and there is no record of any agreement for you to leave it behind. All works were discussed and agreed with you before proceeding, and all works were carried out by local contractors at a reasonable price. GoogleFirst Experience : (When we had taken the house) Just to say many thanks to Monica for her professional work . She did the moving so easy which we can't even think of .. Really appreciate her work and all the best .. Second experience : (When we decided to move ) Really happy with whole team of Aztec .. We were leaving the country and we got support specially from Monica , Chole , Mo and Riaz . They all as a team , made easy our transfer as we got our flight cancelled three time . We would only say , we don't have words in our dictionary to say thanks to them . You rock all , all the very best for all of you and your future .
