Please do give me a call to discuss this review, we have been voted the best agent 2023, you called the office over a sale Viewing, but refused to provide your home address and was abusing the staff over the phone.
We quoted Suzy Lamplugh and assuring you we will not be drive over to your home, you then abused us which is why we ended this call.
A record of this is been sent to our solicitors as we do not take kindly to defamation of character or your threats towards staff and verbal abuse.
It’s not acceptable to behave in that way to staff when we are doing are job to protect the vendors property and our safety.
