The online property advertisement was very good, nice photos of the house, and you get a good range of online estate portals for advertising your house. ADM also has an estate agent building were they can drop in and advertise your house. You get web access were you can login and view booked property viewings. ADM gave me confidence when selling my house. The fees were good compared to other estate agents.

GoogleI was told my offer was accepted. Then told it was rejected. I was encouraged to have a second viewing and was it was put to me that it was because the seller wanted to know I was "happy to proceed". I now know it was so others could view. I was happy to proceed and was informed my offer was accepted and confirmed by the estate agent. The next day a higher offer was accepted. Just because this estate agent says your offer is accepted doesn't make it so! Buyers beware!

We acted fairly and informed you all the way.
You asked for a further viewing to confirm whether you wished to proceed. We had waited and still viewings took place as per the vendors instructions.
In that time waiting for your decision 3 offers over figure had be placed All the same night of the viewings..
We are legally bound to put all offers forward.
You had been given the choice to increase your offer which you refused.
If you had agree to proceed before last week we could of got your offer agreed and solicitor instructed.
This was not the case and no solicitors had been instructed by you.
I am sorry that the vendor, had taken a much much higher offer. Which is beyond our control. We did all we could is this situation and to be fair to all parties.
We do wish you every success in finding a property, it was very unlucky that four buyers wanted the property and three lost it .

Easy to communicate with and always responsive, everything went smoothly. On viewing Alethea advised me to paint the fireplace white, made it look a lot better, id never thought to do it myself. Received offer of full asking price twice in first 3 weeks of listing. Sale completed 2 weeks ago, would use again.
