GoogleADM and Alethea in particular have been fabulous with the recent sale of my property. They were prompt from enquiry to getting the property on the market and the property sold within 3 days. The sale process wasn’t as smooth as anticipated and throughout Alethea was excellent at doing what needed to be done to move it forward. She went above and beyond to facilitate between buyer and seller side to ensure the sale went through. Excellent communication and great to work with.

GoogleAlethea, Sarah and Danielle were pleasant and helpful throughout our moving process. The team were thorough when it came to paperwork, and efficient with communication. They made things easy by sending us lots of reminders to get things done - which was helpful because it was our first time going through the process. Many thanks to them:) That being said, there were a few minor issues when we arrived at the property, the main one being that we had no way to turn on the gas immediately and having to go without for a few days.

GoogleI recently used ADM Residential to purchase a property, and in all honesty my review cannot express the level of service I was given from start to finish. These ladies are amazing, every little concern I had was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I felt like I was there only client (which obviously I wasn't) but I was made to feel valued and secure ........ nothing was too much trouble for them. I did not anticipate such a high standard of one to one assistance and support from an estate agents. In my opinion these ladies weren't just performing their duties they were going above and beyond. Thank you Sarah and Alethea for making the stressful ordeal of buying a house a positive and enjoyable experience.

GoogleI value professionalism, kindness, positivity and hard work in all of my dealings and truly believe this should be the minimum offered by firms in all industries. ADM don’t just meet these criteria, they exceed it. I have recently sold my flat through ADM Residential and will be moving into a new build. I came across ADM Residential when I examined Rightmove to see who had previous experience of selling flats within the complex. I saw that ADM Residential had recently sold one very similar to mine which was STC and contacted Alethea Mahil and asked her to come round and give me a valuation. This has proven to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Alethea was enthusiastic, positive, honest and very professional when she first came to value my flat. I instantly knew that I could trust her and her firm to deal with the sale. Importantly, she fairly valued the flat higher than any other Estate Agent. Other estate agents had low balled the valuation and told me I would be lucky to get their valuation, however, Alethea, with her knowledge of the flat complex and the market, was confident that she could secure the price. Althea was also by far the most competitive with her fee as well. The photos and profile of my flat taken for their website, Rightmove etc were brilliant and were done quickly & efficiently. The flat was put on the market in no time. I had plenty of viewers and was given feedback on each person who came to view the property. Alethea’s valuation and assessment was proven to be correct after three days of the flat being on the market and was sold for the asking price by a lovely couple. The conveyancing process has proven to be rather challenging. The buyer’s solicitor has been exceptionally frustrating and difficult to deal with for both myself and the buyers. He has thrown in constant blocks and irrelevant repeatedly raised queries on a very tight deadline. I can safely say if it wasn’t for the work Sarah Swales who has been in charge of the management of the sale, I would have cracked under the pressure weeks ago. Sarah has gone above and beyond and is an absolute star. She has been fantastic as she has had to deal with complete nonsense and has been a constant reassuring presence every single time, I picked up the phone. She has chased various parties constantly on my behalf, updating me and getting the answers so we could meet the deadline. If it wasn’t for Sarah, I think I would have lost the purchase of my new build. I cannot thank Sarah, Alethea and Danielle enough for the hard work that they have put into this. I have already recommended ADM Residential to my family and I am happy to report that once again they have managed to sell a property within days of it going to the market. I would highly recommend ADM to anyone and can safely say you will not be disappointed.

GoogleNot very happy with the service from these guys….!! Never answer the phones or get back to you after leaving messages. Seem to have the same excuses, staff seem to either have a bad back or get ill. This estate agent needs a bit of training and polishing up on customer service. Not very exact on advice of selling properties. Very pushy and lack of knowledge in the property market. Never the less good luck in keeping your customers. And please don’t say am a scammer…. You seem to be getting bad views a lot recently as the truth is coming out.
DML I am not aware of this company been a client of ADM, please let me know what this review is regarding, which property? What was the date of the viewing? There’s personal comments which are very strange to mention I.e Staff off sick? no staff are off that I am aware of: We answer all calls if come in after 5 pm we call back the next day. I had previously had my house on the market for over 12 months with another agent and very little response. I moved to ADM Residential and it was sold within 4 days! The results speak for themselves and I would highly recommend their services if you're looking for quick results.

GoogleAfter posting the following review, ADM's immediate reaction was to threaten legal action for slander. No attempt to discuss or rectify things at all. This clearly demonstrates what they believe to be customer service. A close family member rented from this agency and have had an awful time. They have now left the property and are being charged for repairs and maintenance even though the property is in a better state than when they moved in. They have photos to prove but ADM aren't prepared to look or discuss. This is certainly not an agency I would use or recommend. Response to reply from ADM: Josh and Georgia did not pursue things further as they were fearful that you would withhold even more of their bond, especially as you were so rude to them when they came into the office. There was some minor paintwork damage, which is only to be expected after 18months? No holes in the wall - there were two small screw holes they had been filled and were from furniture being secured. The gardens had been fully maintained and were in better condition than when they arrived. The hob was held with tape for safety as you had failed to provide repair for the duration of the 18 months they resided there. You attempted to charge them for removing a piece of paper from a drawer! They had a full set of photos from when they moved in to prove the state of the property at that point but you refused to look at them. I appreciate your loyalty purely resides with your landlords and not your tenants (tenants take note!). But tenants may well be future landlords or property buyers/sellers so should still expect a good level of customer service. I believe J&G allowed you to do multiple viewings of the property to potential new tenants prior to them leaving at an inconvenience to them and which they didn't need to accommodate. Workman also visited the property without notification. And being threatened with legal action at the first sniff of a bad review? Makes you wonder....
Dear Mrs Sidding, Again we are replying to, what we feel is an unjustified review under the circumstances. As you are not a customer of ADM RESIDENTIAL, we feel your comment is very biased and all we are trying to do is our job as the managing agent in returning a property back to the original condition without any damage incurred while under this let. i.e. paintwork damaged, holes in walls, hob left stuck with sticky tape, deep clean of the oven required, gardens not left maintained ect. We are the Landlords managing agent therefore we have his property's best interest at heart whilst also trying to provide the tenants with a comfortable let. While letting to the tenants for only 18 months, the above damage had arisen and we have agreed for necessary deductions to be made from the Security Bond with Georgia & Josh via email correspondence. I am sure if you were a Landlady in the same position, you would expect your agent to act in your best interest and return your property in like for like condition. We have asked the tenants to discuss the photos we hold from check in Dec 2018 in more depth if they needed anything explaining or had any questions, even though a member of the team had already done in office on the date of check out, agreed the costs for the damage to be sent over ect. We are a small independent company who work extra hard and pride ourselves on protecting our Landlords properties and providing an acceptable property for our tenants to live in for the foreseeable. If the previous tenants wish to discuss any concerns they may have, please inform them that they are more than welcome to contact us at any time.

The pictures that Alethea took of the house were of high quality and professionally done in a realistic way, but also showed the property at it's current full potential. Right from the start meeting Alethea when carrying out the Valuation, I found her to be very approachable, friendly, professional and was very knowledgeable in how to market the house.We were delighted when the first prospective buyer viewed the house and offered a fair price, which was accepted.The staff kept the communication channel open at all the times & were so friendly.
