Very highly recommended. Dawn has been amazing throughout the process, keeping us updated and answering the many questions we had and really friendly. Right from our first dealings with Mark and Dawn we've been really happy with everything.

The shock of after 8 years being informed by landlord he wanted to sell was worrying at 76. But at Your Move meeting Dawn, who understood my anxiety, quickly put my worries to rest, with her confident and friendly manner. Within a short period had found a property to meet my needs. The paperwork dealt with easily and a smooth move. Without Dawn's confident,caring and efficient manner, the stress would have been awful. Thank you

I couldn’t recommend Yourmove in Midsomer Norton enough. Throughout the whole sale they have communicated well with me and all other parties. Unfortunately our sale was really stressful and without Lisa chasing right up until the last minute I really think it would have taken so much longer to go through. All of the team are friendly and helpful, giving useful advice along the way and supporting with each step of the move. I can’t thank them enough for all of their support along our move journey

When I decided to move house 18 months ago, Mark & Tracy of Bailey and Bryant were the people highly recommended to me and they lived up to my expectations. I had several hiccups on the way through no fault of theirs or mine but they and Lisa calmly carried me through it all. I would confidently recommend them to anyone thinking of moving house.

My son and his partner who are homeless and staying in a hotel put in an application for a flat. They passed the references and credit checks and so did their guarantor. Their guarantor got all the information that they asked for. It took a while to get the information as their guarantor is in a wheelchair and doesn't do internet banking. They were aware of this. He was informed by Let Alliance that it won't be an issue. Tracey emailed my son and his partner saying that they are rejecting the application. She could of picked up the phone and rang them but she gave a very poor excuse as to why she didn't. She said "you'd of shouted at me if I rang you". No reasonable explanation was given. Tracey blamed Let Alliance but when my son rang Let Alliance they said that it wasn't their decision and the decision is solely with the estate agent or landlord. My son and his partner put in a complaint but that was unfairly investigated by Tracey. The complaint was against Tracey so it wasn't a fair investigation. It should've been dealt with by another manager or director. I have a sneaky suspicion that the reviews are false as when my son and his partner put a review on here. Immediately a few glowing reviews came up. In my opinion it's a dodgy company and I would strongly advise NOT doing business with them. This will be taken further.

Hi Julie I am sorry that we have been unable to proceed with the tenancy application to rent a property through ourselves received from your son James and his partner Tom and am saddened to read your review. Furthermore, I am hugely disappointed that my comprehensive six paragraph detailed explanation together with copies of the Let Alliance financial reports setting out why we have been unable to proceed with your proposed tenancy are described as being fobbed off by your son but wish them well moving forward. Dawn at Your Move lettings is a truly great letting agent, she listened to what our letting needs were and the time scale we needed it in, she was incredibly professional, kind and patient as and answered our question sometimes more than once and she guided us through the letting process in timely manor that we needed it done in.

Since Right Move in the Midsomer Norton Branch have taken over property maintenance and management they have been a pleasure to deal with my contact is Dawn Frankham. Dawn at YourMove in MSN was amazing. She was kind and friendly when showing me the house and kept me updated the whole time. She was always friendly, even when I rung far too often. She moved as quickly as she possibly could to secure a rental property for me and was able to get me access to our new home within a week. We found Your move Bailey and Bryant very professional, competent, helpful and friendly. We believe they got us the best deal possible in what ended up a short timescale. They addressed our misgivings when they arose in a practical, and knowledgeable way, and their long experience helped smooth the way to our house sale. All in all, although a stressful experience, we don't think we could have been in better hands! EXCELLENT!
