I am really pleased for choosing Sam Chivers Estate Agents. They were very helpful and professional. They were also very pleasant to deal with and diligent in their work. I sold my house in the time that they predicted. I am very glad that I used their services.

We were very impressed with Sam Chivers. They kept us up to date with a very helpful progress chart on emails. Zac Gumbleton was exceptional at keeping the sale progressing, always replying promptly and helping us resolve any issues. The sale went through without a hitch and on schedule. Would highly recommend

The whole team at Sam Chivers were great, especially Zac Gumbleton. Being a first time buyer, I was pretty clueless but Zac was always on hand whenever I had any questions and always chased my solicitor whenever he was being slow. I would thoroughly recommend Sam Chivers and will use them in the future! Nick Bishop

I just wanted to take a couple of minutes to drop you a note to recognise the fantastic service that both Zac and Tracey have provided over what has been a very difficult, complicated and emotional selling transaction. Their communication, understanding, sensitivity and empathy have made a huge difference to how I have felt throughout the process. Certain situations due to the circumstances have resulted in additional workload for them but they have never wavered in making me feel supported and comfortable with actions that were being taken. I will be recommending others to use your business in the future and will forever be grateful for the kindness your team have shown me.

We have worked with Sam Chivers for over 5 years, initially buying our house through them, followed by renting it with them for 3 years and finally most recently, selling it through them. Throughout, they have always provided excellent service, regardless of the staff we have been dealing with. The company is small enough to feel personable and that you don't end up speaking to a different person every time you call. Everyone is warm, friendly, contactable. Highly recommend their services.

We are first time buyers and the staff at Sam Chivers could not have been more lovely if they tried. From the very start they were so helpful and professional, always happy to help and very quick at replying. They made this experience so much less stressful than we anticipated and we would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell a house. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Sam Chivers have been great with our buying process and have been a real great help with supporting us through our first time buying process. We began looking for our first house only a few months ago and when we found the property we liked and saw it was for sale through Sam Chivers we knew it would be a helpful process for us after previously renting a property from Sam Chivers. The process of showing interest on the property and purchasing it was all knew to us but Sam Chivers supported us through the process and made us feel at ease and we knew that a call to them was never too much. We are beyond happy with our purchase of our first property through Sam Chivers and would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Sam and his team were extremely professional and caring during the house search process. Sam took the time to understand us as buyers and what was important for what we were looking for in a home. The team was also very responsive and curtious during the scheduling process, and they even took our feedback from the house search to show us relevant houses. I would highly recommend working with Sam Chivers if you're looking for a house in their area!
