From the initial valuations with Matt and Romany and Tracey helping us get in on the market as quickly as possible it meant we could secure our forever home. It had been a long process (just over 1 year) and to say it’s been a bumpy ride is an understatement. Yet, the agents at Sam Chivers were just amazing. So welcoming, personable and supportive. We have just been through the stressful experience of loosing our buyer and our seller. We had 3x house viewings with Cherish Chivers and offered on a beautiful cottage on the 3rd house viewing. Cherish was great as she was relaxed and let us look around in our own time, we have found other estate agents to be too pushy during viewings. This approach helped us to make a decision based on what we really wanted. I have also spoken to Sydney and Tracey several times on the phone recently who were both always so polite and helpful which really put me at ease at such a difficult time. Sam Chivers estate agents helped to sell our home at the end of last year and subsequently were also the estate agents we bought our new home from. I don’t even know where to begin other than if you’re going to be selling and/or buying a home locally then honestly don’t go anywhere else! I couldn’t recommend them enough. From the off everyone we had dealings with were; professional, helpful, polite, quick to respond but also really personable. And this was even through a pandemic, but they just helped and ensured everything ran as smooth as clockwork, even when there were times of uncertainty and stress which there always is with anything relating to the buy or sell of a house. They genuinely just want to do right by the customer and make people happy. They are totally different from every other estate agent we have ever dealt with and it’s their passion, genuine nature and hard work that makes them as successful as they are. You only need look around the local area to see how many houses have been sold or are in the process of being sold with them to know how highly thought of they are. I mean, I don’t intent to move again as I am hoping we are in our forever home, but should I ever need to there is no doubt who I would use. We cannot thank the team, and in particular Tracey, enough for all their help, support, advice, patience and hard work in helping us to let go of our first home together and secure us our dream, forever, family home.
