We have worked with Sam Chivers for over 5 years, initially buying our house through them, followed by renting it with them for 3 years and finally most recently, selling it through them. Throughout, they have always provided excellent service, regardless of the staff we have been dealing with. The company is small enough to feel personable and that you don't end up speaking to a different person every time you call. Everyone is warm, friendly, contactable. Highly recommend their services.

Sam Chivers have been great with our buying process and have been a real great help with supporting us through our first time buying process. We began looking for our first house only a few months ago and when we found the property we liked and saw it was for sale through Sam Chivers we knew it would be a helpful process for us after previously renting a property from Sam Chivers. The process of showing interest on the property and purchasing it was all knew to us but Sam Chivers supported us through the process and made us feel at ease and we knew that a call to them was never too much.
